While we really enjoy and like unit 119 and have stayed there many times and will continue to rent it again, there are some things that should be corrected. The dining table and chairs need to be replaced. The chairs seem to be quite unstable and could be dangerous. Also, the dvd player was not useful due to the remote for the tv was not able to change to the "video" mode. A heavier curtain is needed in the master bedroom beacuse of the light outside of the room that causes a lack of darkness at night.

We stayed in unit 119 on the ground level and it was great! I bit small but able to accommodate us alright. The best part was having 2 bathrooms! The pool was located just outside the door and the beach was just steps away. Parking was close by then just a walk across the street to John's Pass. Perfect location! Two things I wish were different. 1. Towels. Not enough towels with the swimming and beach. When we asked for more, we were told that we'd have to wash them ourselves (laundry on premise). 2. Shade. Since we were there in August, a place to relax in the shade looking at the beach or poolside would have been great! All of the loungers were in the sun and hot, hot, hot! We would definitely stay again or at the Crimson next door. (bigger).

Nicely decorated. Great updated kitchen and baths. Good view of the pool from the living room/master bedroom. Great view of the ocean from your front door. The room had two TV's and a radio/CD player, which we prefer. Could use some new living room furnature/rug but overall very nice.

We absolutely love Surf Song! This was our second visit and hope to come back many more times in the future. We are a young couple and were afraid it would be too family oriented with nothing for adults to do. However, we were pleasantly surprised. Not only is this place super family friendly it is also fun for the adults! The location is perfect, right across from John's Pass with lots of restaurants and a few good bars. And if you cannot find something there, the cabs are cheap and so is the Trolley! We also like that the pool was clean, there were laundry facilities on site, shuffle board was fun, and there was access to grills. The rooms are very clean and we felt right at home. We highly recommend this place to all!

We have visited and stayed at Surf Song Resort since the 80's....we enjoy a beach vacation and Surf Song meets our needs with it's family oriented style. We enjoy the boardwalk and the town of Madeira Beach itself.

As always and for the past 35yrs I have enjoyed staying at Surf song, for me it is like a second home! The unit was absolutley beautiful, so fresh and updated,I have always felt at home in any unit, but this unit was supplied with so many extras that it really felt like my own home! Since this unit is on the ground floor you are litteraly steps from the beautiful white sands of Maderia beach, it is such a great spot and the convinence of the beach out the door is the best!!!
