Surf Song #121 - A Great opportunity to rent a beachfront property in popular Surf Song Resort in Madeira Beach! This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo provides views, prime location, and everything you need to enjoy your stay at this sought after vacation resort. Free Wifi. Please note there is no phone in this condo. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Upon entering, you will notice a nicely furnished spacious living area, complete with picture window overlooking beach. The open living space includes a bright and airy updated kitchen, with granite countertops, and newer kitchen appliances. A table that seats up to four is the perfect place to play games, enjoy a nice dinner or relax after a day at the beach. As with every SunHost property, the kitchen is stocked with utensils.

The peaceful master bedroom offers a king sized bed, attached bathroom and television, offering privacy. Just off the kitchen is the second guest room, with two twin sized beds. This is a highly popular rental for families due to it's nice layout, and desirable location at Surf Song Resort. The heated swimming pool and BBQ facilities are all within walking distance as well. Linen for all beds, extra pillows sufficient towels for your stay are always provided.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. Just a short walk away is popular John's Pass Village. Located directly across the street, The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. It's 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Right across from Johns Pass. Excellent location being beachfront with plenty of activities at Johns Pass. Would definitely recommend.

Right on the beach and walking distance to shops and great restaurants. Also walking distance to dolphin and fishing tours. Great location!

Resort was great, staff extremely friendly and close to everything you need. I would update the sofas though since they are becoming extremely worn and not very comfortable. Over all would stay at Surf Song again.

We had a great time so relaxing. The only issue we had was the main gate by the pool would need a mat, water builds up and it is very slippery. Thank you for a great stay, we will be back
