This place is affordable and really nice

I love this place and plan to be back. A close family friend goes every year with their family. I got a room for my family this year and tagged along. I loved how it was right on the beach and it had a wonderful pool area. The rooms were extremely clean, and the staff friendly. My favorite thing about the place was the grills. They had a patio area with four gas grills. This made it easy for home cooked meals.

We rented a room for several days and our friends were in a large condo with great views. We loved the location, views of the waters and sunsets. However, we found the unit to be very crowded with large furniture and the bathroom was very old fashioned. The unit could use some updating with additional mirrors and pictures. Smaller furniture would be an improvement.

Location and staff were great! Other guests at the condos stay there for months and don't like new commers! They do water aerobics in the pool every morning and u hear everything! Them counting on and on! Very annoying! Bathroom needs updated desperatly!

Our room was pool side and the hotel beach side. The price was great. The weather was unbelieveable. The location of the surf song is ideal for visits to Johns Pass. We will definitely visit again. sincerely, Dennis Ahnen

Our room was overlooking the pool at "beach level". I was concerned when we booked that the room may be noisy because the pool was directly outside our window, but it was not noisy at all. In fact the room was a perfect location. A few feet from the laundry room, parking , pool -everything. Quiet, clean, adorable Key West decor. We woke up to overlook the ocean, it was great !!Everything we needed. Staff are excellant. And we were walking distance from Treasure Island, a favorite shopping site.

Great Property, we have stayed here many times. Great room if you don't want to cook. Very comfortable and well appointed. Motel Room directly behind the pool, can be a little noisy sometimes with kids playing, but was not a problem for us. Great Family resort - friendly people, good location. Room is super for two people. We had a great time and have recommended resort to friends and family. We are heading back there Nov 2008.

I would highly recommend this resort to others traveling to Florida. Clean rooms and excellant service by staff. Nice clean beach area. The pool is the best I've ever seen.
