Beach Place #206 is a highly desirable 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom corner beachfront unit in sought after Beach Place Condos, near all the amenities. Bright and spacious, with incredible views, guests will feel right at home. The kitchen has been updated, and includes tray ceiling, pendant lighting, newer countertops and cabinetry. Up to six guests can comfortably sit at the kitchen table, enjoying a meal or playing board games. The living area with flat screened TV and leads to the outdoor balcony. Here you can enjoy the million dollar views of the pristine beaches and heated swimming pool while taking in the fresh Florida air. No doubt this is where you will spend the majority of your time relaxing. Free Wifi This condo has 2 parking spots. There is no additional parking at Beach Place.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The master bedroom is large with two queen beds and attached bathroom with walk in shower and access to the outdoor balcony. The second guestroom also contains two queen beds with plenty of closet space and private bathroom. One full size bed is in the third guestroom which also has lovely views of Johns Pass. All three bedrooms have their own TV and are beautifully decorated for a peaceful and relaxing retreat. Linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your visit and washer and dryer are here for your convenience.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (fax, copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

Guests are not only steps away from the fabulous beach, pool and BBQ facilities, but also popular John's Pass Village, where you can enjoy shopping, restaurants, and entertainment along a 1,100 ft pirate themed boardwalk. The Pass, is quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

This is our 3rd time staying at Beach Place Condos and it didn’t disappoint! We have had an amazing 10 days relaxing and enjoying the sun and sand!! We have always noticed how clean the place is kept from the condos and stairwells to the pool and parking garage - we have never had any issues.

Beach Place is our favorite place to stay in Florida. The location is perfect so you can walk to almost anything you need. This condo was one of the best ones we have stayed in here. We had plenty of space and the kitchen was very well-stocked. We even had the tools we needed to use the on-site grills. We were afraid the sounds from the pool would be too loud, but they were not at all. We definitely will book this place again!

After two years in a different condo, we tried this one and loved it! Tall family of 5 adults and 2 kids and we had plenty of room. Everything was just perfect! We especially liked the extra drying rack for hanging out wet swimsuits. Thanks for a great vacation space!!

We stayed at a unit at Beach Place and loved how close we were to Johns Pass and all the shops, restaurants and bars in walking distance. We even went out on a Dolphin cruise and rented a boat one day. Our unit was nice and had plenty of room for us all.

We love Beach Place. Management is awesome and love all the new changes for security etc and the pretty benches too! Awesome huge room! Love the location- right on boardwalk, beach and drawbridge. We will be back to beach place and hopefully in this same room! We have been to a room on 4th floor before and loved it too. Not a single complaint!

The location of this particular unit is amazing! You get Beach front and the view of the John Pass! It was very pleasant!

Our family stayed in Beach Place 206 the week of July 4th - 11th. We had a fabulous week and the condo was just as great as it looked online! We enjoyed many laughs around the kitchen table playing games and loved seeing the ocean right outside the door! My 2 year old grandson enjoyed watching the draw bridge go up and down several times a day too! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone!

Great view in corner of ocean, beach and boats going in and out of Johns Pass. Even saw dolphins!
