An addition is a new tropical bedroom set with two pillow top queen mattresses & TV. Bath has granite counter and new sink, faucet & lighting. Decorative tile surrounds bathtub & shower area.

Italian porcelain tile throughout, 42 in. Flatpanel TV in living area. Free Highspeed internet. Enjoy Sultry sunsets from the Gulf-front balcony. Directly across from John's Pass Village & Boardwalk. Sleeps 4. Non smoking.

Beautiful condo and view with a noisy (outside).

The condo was beautiful. The view was beautiful! However, there was alot of noise related to the bridge. I think it was a mixture of construction and the fishing boats going to and from the ocean. Everything besides the (outside) noise was great!

Location was great, everything you need within walking distance. Beach is great for walking or just resting on rented chairs. Quiet and not crowded. Looking forward to coming back this summer

#209 Beach Place Condo was a great place to stay at. The place was clean, very roomy, and had all the things we needed. What a fabulous view of the gulf. It was so convenient to walk everywhere and everyone was so friendly.

Great location. Great beach. Great Room. This is a location that I will definitely go back to again. The cost was very reasonable. Close to everything you need whether it's restaurants, entertainment or shopping.

Apartment is clean and well furnished, and has a great view over the ocean. Beach is fine, even fot the elderly, because there are no big waves. There could be more sun umbrellas for the beach (there are only three on the property).

too early

The Condo was perfect, all updated counter tops and appliances. View was great. Sunsets were very pretty. I would love to stay in this condo again next year, however at a later date. Our visit was too early for the beach. People, location & helpful personel at Surf Song were a great asset. Hope to write another review again next year. Enjoy and have fun, there is a strip mall and boardwalk across the street. lots to do and people watch.

Very nice place. The bedroom/bathroom area is a bit congested...but who's inside anyway! Great view from the deck. Nice deck. The kitchen is very nice. Well stocked. Best parking spot in the complex to boot!

We stayed 1 week here and found it to be comfortable. Clean, affordable and having the balcony with a great view of the Gulf of Mexico. Furniture was nice it actually what you imagined a Condo on the Beach should look like. For 2 people it was excellent. Quiet. Restful place.

We enjoyed the grounds and surroundings, especially the ocean view and being able to walk out and be on the sand to walk daily. Found many shells along the way, saw dolphins swimming and watched the fishing boats. Wonderful sunsets every night, being able to sit on the beach to watch the sun set was spectacular. Would definitely rent again and highly recommend it.

This was an extremely dirty apt. The floors were not swept and you could feel the dirt. The patio furniture was to filthy, we could not sit on it. The pool had so much chlorine it was not usable to us. Also, could not use it with all the kids constantly screaming and jumping in. Would not recommend and will not return.

Never thought a one bedroom condo could have such a small bathroom. This unit needed a little updating and some maintainence.
