The Condo was exceptional. The service was great. The pool nice and warm and inviting. The grounds were clean and well maintained. Have stayed in Madeira beach for years but first time at Surg Song. I would definately return.

I think it is a little late to ask me about my stay since it was last July. My room was ok but it needed work done to it. The couch was so bad you could not use it to sleep on. The place was nice but what made it fun was we were there with many family members.

The staff was super nice, helpful and very knowledgeable. Check in and out was a breeze. The condo was in great condition, and easy to get comfortable in, right by the beach. We did not have one complaint the whole week we were there. The condos were quiet, up to date, and an excellent value for the price! I would definitely return and would not hesitate to request this particular condo again or recommend it for families/couples for a nice relaxing vacation!!

This is a nice place, the condo itself was fine, nothing too great. Positives were that it was in a great location and there were not a lot of crazy spring break kids running around the place. There were plenty of laundry spots and the grounds were kept up. Negatives about the place were the balcony door didnt shut all the way and didnt have a lock. The microwave and kitchen area could really use some updating. Overall the place is fine.

Room 237 was very nice for us, we checked in on December 28th and checked out on January 7th, 2009. The room's location was quite and very peaceful for us. We look forward to next year..

Nice place but lacking on maintenance

The location was great; on the beach with a beach view from balcony and across the street from things to do and places to eat. The layout of the condo was good but was seriously lacking on maintenance. Sliding glass door lock didn't work, leaf falls off the vertical blinds, etc. If you don't stay a full week bring towels or you'll be doing laundry every day.

The condo is so close to the beach and resturants shopping. The surf song is great we plan to bring our grandchildren and children down next year.
