Best Florida vacation ever

This was one of our best and most relaxing vacations ever. The room was ready when we arrived at check-in time and was very clean. The view was great, in fact we never ate in the room, always on the balcony. The pool was nice and clean and warm. Parking was convenient with lots of room. The atmosphere was very friendly. It was great having unlimited long distance. The location is nice and close to everything, no need to drive. The best thing was the balcony view. We are disappointed that we can't have a unit like this for just one week next March, at this location. Hopefully something will open up for us. Thanks for the great vacation!

Unit clean, facilites like new, porch furniture should have been replaced however couldn't use anyway because of weather, patio door needs total replacement, hall into bath room missed it's second coat of paint, offfice staff was very helpful, took a few minutes to figure out how to get heat on cold days, furnace control markings were missing. Considering all of the above, the unit was as advertised, however, I felt it was overpriced.

This is a clean, well maintained, one bedroom unit in a great location. It is situated directly adjacent to a beautiful section of beach, and only a couple of blocks from John's Pass Boardwalk, with its shops and restaurants. Major grocery and drug stors are within a five minute drive, and the staff are knowledgeable and helpful.

NEED NEW KITCHEN

ENJOYED RENTING UNIT 238 BUT HAD ISSUES WITH THE KITCHEN. MICROWAVE HAD RUST IN IT AND WAS PROBABLY 30 YEARS OLD. JUST A REAL OLDER KITCHEN THAT NEEDED UPDATING. I THINK THE WEEK AFTER WE LEFT THEY DID RENOS ON THE KITCHEN. I THINK THE PRICE WE PAYED WAS TOO HIGH FOR THE CONDITION OF THE KITCHEN. I KNOW I SHOULD HAVE FILL OUT A COMMENT SHEET WHILE WE STAY THERE BUT I DIDNT. I THINK SOMEONE SHOULD HAVE SAID SOMETHING TO US. WHILE WE STAYED THERE.,

Love the area

We enjoy the area tremendously and go once or twice a year - Gulf Blvd, St. Pete. We have stayed in different condos all on Gulf Blvd. The area is wonderful, walking to all attractions and walk out to the beach on the Gulf. We had some issues this year with Surf Song. We arrived late in the evening, picked up the key outside the office, entered the condo and went to bed. During the night my wife felt like something was crawling on her - in the morning she went to shower and discovered ants on her. We pulled the covers down on the bed to find a large pocket (hundreds)of small ants at the head of the bed. After several hours, they sprayed the unit and changed the bedding - we went out for the day and when we returned and checked the bed there were still some ants on the sheets. It took hours to convince management that we were not staying in that condo and finally they gave us another unit. This may have a special occurrance but we lost 2 days of our vacation and no one offered any compensation for our problems, in fact we requested to stay a couple of hours later the day of check out to be told no.

Ocean View

We love the convenience of being right on the beach and being able to come in and out with only a few steps to our room. We have stayed there for many years. Our children and grandchildren would not think that summer would be complete without a trip to Madeira Beach. We especially enjoy how laid back the atmosphere is!

Relaxation with a great view

Our family has stayed at this resort for 4 years now, in various rooms. All rooms are great, and close to the pool and ocean. The scenery is fantastic. Just a cross of the street to Johns Pass to eat/drink, enjoy an excursion, or souvineer shop. Location is excellent and since we have found this wonderful resort after many years of staying in St. Pete beach, Treasure Island, etc., we won't go anywhwere else-this is the only resort for us!
