Crimson #304 is a popular 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation retreat that is close to everything: beaches, heated pool and all the amenities including popular John's Pass Village located just across the street! The moment you step inside this spacious, bright home, you will find everything you need. The updated eat in kitchen, with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, is stocked with utensils, including microwave and Keurig coffeemaker while providing comfortable seating for up to seven people; four at kitchen table and two at the countertop bar. The cozy living area has leather couch, recliner, television, and desk area perfect for catching up on your emails. Step through the sliding glass doors to the side view outdoor balcony complete with enviable beach views! Here is the perfect spot to watch the colorful sunsets while enjoying your favorite beverage at the end of a fun filled day! The nice decorated master bedroom contains a king sized bed, television and access to the outdoor balcony. Free Wifi. There is no phone in this condo. Crimson is a Smoke Free property including all private balconies and common areas. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The second bedroom offers two twin beds and television. . Linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your visit. The bathrooms have been updated with granite counters, with a walk in shower in the master, and shower/tub in second. Washer and dryer are also provided.

Amenities also include daily access to the main office for any business needs that arise, such as faxing, copying and printing boarding passes. Maintenance is also available seven days a week along with an after-hours emergency call attendant. This is a non smoking home.

Of course 304 Crimson is a short walk from the gorgeous gulf beaches and huge heated swimming pool that will be popular with the entire family. BBQ facilities and hot tub are here as well.

Another sought after attraction? John's Pass Village is right across the street! The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Really enjoyed waking up in the master bedroom and seeing the ocean! The living room was nice was nicely furnished and good lights for reading. The Wifi connection was really fast and reliable. We liked sitting on the stools watching the cook in action. The kitchen could have been better equipped but we managed to improvise. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a large living room it worked well for my husband and I and our cousin so that we could have pricavy as well as togetherness. The office staff were great and allowed us to check in early and were available to offer advice about local grocery stores and restaurants. The location was great and the development was relatively small and well maintained. We walked six miles on the beach every day. The sun shine and it was a perfect place to return to. We hope to return the Crimson Condos on Madeira Beach in the future.
