Our contemporary, eclectic design makes you feel right at home when you step inside our completely renovated 1225 square foot 2 bedroom 2 bathroom beach getaway. Oversized ceramic tile throughout entire suite promises to ensure a clean and comfortable stay. Three beds allows for comfortable sleeping for up to 5 people. Each bedroom boasts its own full ensuite bathroom.

Master bathroom features a large walk-in ceramic tile shower, granite countertop with 2 undermount sinks. Guest ensuite features ceramic tile surround with a new bathtub, granite countertop and undermount sink. Master bedroom features a king size bed with a 42 inch wall-mounted HD flat screen TV. Guest bedroom features a built-in closet, queen bed and single bed with a 32 inch wall-mounted HD flat screen TV. The ensuite full size washer and dryer makes laundry a breeze. Large, fully equipped open concept eat-in kitchen with extended granite breakfast bar.

Under counter valance lighting with glass subway tile backsplash sets a warm and comfortable mood for evening dining and entertainment. Living room features new leather couch and loveseat to enjoy while watching the 47 inch wall-mounted HD flat screen TV Living room and master bedroom both equipped with cable box. Free wireless internet and unlimited free long distance within U.S.A., Canada and Mexico allows you to stay connected to family, friends and your virtual office.

I highly recommend this condo-Im actually getting ready to stay there again this oct. 2012. The number of conndos in the complex is small (15 I think) and so sharing the pool and hot tub are not a problem. The condo is clean, directly on the beach, and parking for 1 vehicle isnt a problem. It is directly across from john's pass where there is entertainment and food and is close to clearwater and st pete. excellent.

I would recommend this facility and condo to everyone. The condo was great, we felt very safe I liked how they had the gates where you had to use your key to get in. We have stayed at several condos in Florida, but probably the best so far. Close to everything, very convenient. Would definitely come back to this condo and facility for sure.

We love the location of the Crimson. We love the views, the pool set up and the small size of the condo complex. We have stayed at the Crimson two times and will definately be back again!

The condo was wonderful. We had plenty of room to stretch out without feeling like we were on top of each other (like most hotel rooms). We have three children, so the two beds in the second bedroom worked out great for us. The kids loved the shower in the master bathroom! The washer & dryer were an added bonus. The view was great (loved the extra large balcony- it was very relaxing), the beach was very quiet and we all loved to watch the sun set. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would 100% stay again if we come down that way!

Hello, Despite the unseasonably cold weather, we made the most of our week and always thoroughtly enjoy staying at the Crimson. We especially like it because there aren't too many units...just right for us. The only thing I noticed that was needing attention was a huge black growth in the upper patio side of the ceiling/wall in the master bedroom. Some kind of spider web or fungus growth, not sure what it was. I kept forgetting to mention it when I was in the office. It definitely wasn't enough to deter our returning to the wonderrful Crimson. We have stayed at the Crimson several times and this was probably one of the better rooms. Even though it was not a beach front we still had a nice view of the beach. And the added benefit that it was a lot quieter than the beach front as you dont have the pool under your room or the beach traffic passing by. It is also at the end of the building so traffic outside your door was limited. The room was clean and everything worked. Very convenient location to stores and St Johns Pass is right across the street. Would definately rent this room again.

Big and well furnished condo, loved the walk in shower and big balcony the condo building and the building next door are really close together but being on the top floor you had the advantage of extra privacy. This unit was not direct ocean front but we were on the side and we still could view the ocean from the balcony and went to bed with sliding glass doors open and could hear the ocean perfectly. Right across the street was John's Pass and we could walk over and eat lunch or supper anytime there were a lot of restaurants, ice cream shops to choose from and a great coffee shop if you need an espresso pick me up during the day. I would stay here again.

we had a great holiday in a great condo,fully equipped with everything needed for a great holiday.just steps from the beach at Maderia Beach and just across the street from Johns Pass Village .hard to find a better spot to enjoy a great holiday.i would recomend this condo for any one wanting to enjoy at great beach vacation.i can not wait for my next visit

We had a great week at the Crimson Condo. The condo was on the beach with a great view of the area. Everything we needed was in the condo, from cooking to recreation this condo had it all. One of the cleanest places we have stayed too! We were located in walking distance to St. Johns Pier, so we were able to walk there easily and enjoy the shops and food. While at the pier we were able to see dolphins daily and even a manatee. I highly recommend this location for a relaxing vacation with a great view and nearby activities.

We have spent Christmas since 2005 at the Crimson along with 5 other couples who have been travelling to Flordia for 15 years and the last 3 have been the best. Since the first year the Crimson it has felt like home very close for everything we need shopping, golf, tennis, and we do like being close to John's Pass. I have reccomended this property to others and they have made it their summer vacation spot for the last 3 years. My family loves their holiday here and cannot wait to go back every I would recommend this property to any one any time. I will be spending Christmas on the beach at the Crimson again this year and cannot wait.

We always enjoy staying at the Crimson! Our unit was very nice. The washer and dryer could be updated but that would not keep me from renting this unit.While on vacation we like a clean and spacious unit that feels like home. And this unit is exactly what we like while on vacation! We would stay there again.

As a previous St.Petersburg resident, I have different expectations than some. This met them all. The location was great: beach out the back and John's Pass shopping out the front. The condo was well decorated, beds were comfortable, and I will be happy to stay here again the next trip I make back.

Our family of 4 have stayed at the Crimson 4 years - that particular condo twice. The pool is a nice size (not too small or too big) The beach is fabulous and you can walk for miles. Location is great as it is across the street from Johns Pass - where you can walk the boardwalk - go for dinner or do some shopping and not have to drive anywhere. We loved the layout of the condo as it is so open and spacious and the bedrooms are big. That is the only place we will stay now on the Gulf Side as we have stayed at other condo's and they dont compare to this one.
