My suggestions are as follows:
Balcony should be cleaned, since the ocean view looks over many a/c units.
The tub area was not cleaned from mold, it needed recaulking and the shower curtain replaced w/ plastic avoiding rusting of the shower hooks. Bathroom window had to be held up with a plastic water bottle to keep the area ventilated. Faucets in the bathroom leaked and needed to be installed with a rubber washer as we had to call for the kitchen faucets to be fixed, because they were leaking onto the pots and pans below. Needs handels on the closet doors and the pocket door very hard to open and shut doors. Finish the baseboards around the condo, was unfinished!!
Lastly I think it wasn't that clean before our arrival, my slippers were very dirty. Although I think your cleaning people were very accomodating to our needs, but prior to our arrival our condo wasn't cleaned very well at all!! No rug at door to capture residue from your shoes, the mattress pad replaced with an all cotton one instead of the
mattress protected type.
Very hard to get in out of the condos because of the construction in front of the building.

These comments have come at as a great surprise to the owners of this unit and management. This unit underwent a $20,000 + renovation 12 months prior to this guest and has a great following evidenced by the fact it is 100% occupied Dec thru April, with Jan to April 2011 already booked. Check SunHost other reviews.... 4 + stars from most all travellers......
