Room quite adequate, loved the balcony off the room, sunny, and refreshing. We would suggest it to anyone staying there. Lots of wild and crazy other visitors at Surf Song, we were welcomed in whatever was happening, just a wonderful time. The pool was one of the highlights along with the deck chairs and comfortable relaxing area. The grills were used almost daily and were well taken care of. Will be back in November.

Loved the Surf Song Resort, had some issues with our room, the view from our deck, the balcony wasn't very private, no dishwasher.

Fabulous family owned and very friendly, We didn't even rent a car..Across the street is everything from Restaurants to all the shopping at your fingertips. The no saving lounges with towels is not enforced so you do have to get up really early to get a spot. We were there over the Christmas and New Year Holiday and the weather was fantastic....

These rental properties are in a great location with reasonable prices. During economic times like this, what more could you ask for! Room was as described and pictured, clean, and accomodating. No maid service, so if you have messy kids, keep them in check. Overall, we had a great experience here and recommend it to others.

Far from Family and Friends

This room was clean and nice. I wished the kitchen was a little bigger with a few more amenities - next time I will go for a bigger room. We were there for the hurricane threat so it put a "damper" on things. We were with a group of family and friends and since they were all basically around the pool area, I wished we were coser. Oh, the elevator was broken so we had to climb steps, but we did know that ahead of time.

I have been going to Surf Song for about 26 years now, and I am only 28. I love it. Each room is very different, but they are all nice. The lounge area is better than any where else I have stayed in Florida. The staff is friendly, and the location is out of this world. The beach is nice and clean and the shopping is great. If you are looking for a relaxing place to stay, Surf Song is the place. You cannot beat the price either.

We have enjoyed this condo two years in a row. It is perfect for two. My only suggestion would be better curtains or blinds since the bedroom is next to the shared balcony walk area. Plus other vactioners can look right in from their balcony on the turn of the building. The other issue I have is when going to the elevators that door in between the buildings lock and if your hands are full it is very hard to use the key and open the door.
