SUNHOST RESORTS ON -LINE RESERVATIONS

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

NOTE:  These policies must be acknowledged (signed off on) prior to completion of any on-line booking.

RESERVATIONS & RATES:

• One week reservations in the winter season (if available) and Holiday Weeks are subject to a 5% premium over the normal rate.
• Rates do not include a cleaning fee or sales tax.

• 7 to 14 day minimum stays may be required during Holiday Weeks and Winter Season.
• No one under the age of 25 may make a reservation.
• There must be one adult at least 25 years of age occupying the property.
• No vacationing students or chaperoned parties are permitted.

Privacy Info:

•  Upon accepting these terms, your information including email address, address & phone numbers has been added to our database. You may from time to time receive emails or other mail from SunHost Resorts. Should we contact you via phone or email you will be given the opportunity to opt out or unsubscribe. SunHost will not share any of this information with any individual or company.

CANCELLATIONS / EARLY DEPARTURES

• There will be a service charge of $50 on ANY cancellation.
• There will be no refund on any cancellation made within 60 days of arrival date, unless the property is re-rented for the original duration or longer.
• There will be NO refund for early departure for any reason except mandatory evacuation.

PAYMENTS

• A prepayment of $200 via Visa, Master Card or Discover is required to confirm a booking. Your prepayments may be held in an interest bearing account with all interest accruing to SunHost Resorts.
• Balance is due 14 days prior to occupancy and will be charged to the card on file unless prior other payment arrangements are made.

CHECK-IN / CHECK-OUT

• Check-in is 4:00 PM EST.  Arrival prior to 4:00 PM may result in a delay in occupying your property. Every effort will be made to guarantee 4 p.m. check in, however, it is possible that the unit will not be available by 4:00 p.m.
• Check-out is 10:00 AM EST, unless approved by management.
• Approval by management for late check-out will only be granted if no one is checking in your condo on your departure date.  THE CHARGE FOR LATE CHECK-OUT IS 1/2 THE DAILY RENTAL RATE PLUS TAX.

PARKING

·         Parking is limited at all SunHost Resorts. Parking regulations vary from complex to complex. Beach Place & Las Brisas have NO visitor parking. Units at Beach Place and Las Brisas are limited to one assigned space. Most three bedroom units at Beach Place have 2 assigned spaces.

PETS

• No pets are permitted at any property

SMOKING

• Surf Song Resort does not permit smoking inside any unit.  Other properties may have units designated as non-smoking.
• Smoking in any unit designated as a non-smoking property will result in an additional charge of $150.

DAMAGES

• Any damages to unit or condominium property are the responsibility of the renter.

USE OF FACILITIES

·         Sunhost Resorts manages properties in a number of different complexes. You are entitled to use only the facilities at the property you are staying at. Visitor policies differ from complex to complex

FURNISHINGS

• All properties are individually owned and furnished.  No two properties are alike.
• No furniture is to be rearranged, nor are any items to be removed or taken to another property.
• No beach towels, beach chairs, toys or umbrellas are provided.

HURRICANES

• If the National Weather Service issues a HURRICANE WARNING, not a tropical storm warning, for the Madeira Beach area, registered guests are entitled to receive a refund of the rental balance as of the date of the warning

• Any questions or concerns should be presented to management as soon as practical after check-in.

• Every effort will be made to address these matters immediately.
