$200 Prepayment required with each reservation. Full payment due on arrival. No refund for early departure Rates are subject to change without notice. No daily linen or towel service.
$50 service charge on all cancellations. Personal checks accepted for prepayments only.  $10 service charge on all rentals. Up to $50 Service Charge may apply to short term rentals. (winter only) Check-In after 4:00 p.m. Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.
No refund for cancellations received fewer than 60 days before confirmed arrival date.  Make prepayment checks payable to SUNHOST Max occupancies apply. Rental Cars!

Views Explained
Beach Front Unit faces due west with unobstructed view of beach & gulf
Beach Glimpse Unit faces due west with view of beach and gulf. Obstructed view up & down the beach.
Side View Unit faces north or south and you have a view of the beach and gulf.
Beach View Unit faces northwest with unobstructed view of the beach and gulf.
Pass View Unit faces John's Pass Bridge & waterway (south). You have a view of John's Pass Bridge & John's Pass waterway.
No View Unit faces north, south or east and you cannot see the beach or gulf from unit.
