When we arrived, the furniture felt old and worn. After walking around the unit barefoot right after we first got there, our feet got dirty! My husband also stepped on a fish hook! Not good. Guest shower head was really bad. Toaster missing a handle. No pot holders. Lack of small fry pan and small dishes. For what we paid, all of these things were unacceptable. I guess we had to make sacrifices for a nice location.

Our vacation rental was as expected. Everything worked in the condo. We had a bit of difficulty operating the thermostat but it was OK. Who expects to have to heat when in Florida.

It was peaceful and relaxing stay. Everything was clean and comfortable . We enjoyed our stay. Customer service was very good. Property was clean and well managed.

Not our first stay at Madeira Norte and not our last, but first time in unit 101. Everything about our stay was great, the condo was exactly what we wanted, clean, nice updates. The location, right across from John's Pass was great, unit 101 faces the pass so we had entertainment, music every evening. Restaurants, shops all right there. Very clean and well maintained, the people all were very friendly. Everything about the experience was really nice.

Everything perfect, everything very clean and in good condition, the only thing to improve from my point of view is that there is no bathroom near the pool

This is our 3rd year staying at the Norte. We love staying here. It is close to the shops , stores and restaurants Always bring our children and grandchildren.

Unit 101 is nice enough. The layout is weird, and everything there is just a bit inconvenient. From storage in kitchen to the noise from the street/bar. What makes this a 2-star is that the showers were horrible! No water pressure at all and because they are so big with no tub it makes for a very unpleasant experience. I'd put up with all other quirks if the showers were hot and had pressure.

The stay in #101 Madeira Norte was pleasant. It was nice to sit on the balcony and looking over at the shops and looking back towards the gulf.
The downside of our stay were the people directly above us who obviously had a toddler who would run back and forth starting at 6 in the morning. We made two calls to SunHost regarding this annoyance and all was better after the second call.
The condo could use some renovations, but did not take away from our visit. The blind in the second bedroom does not work. It would have been nice to have a roll of paper towels provided.

This spacious condo had room for 6,and bright airy rooms. The gardens, grounds and parking garage were all kept up and cleaned daily. The pool was heated, with a gate that led directly to the beach.
We will definitely book another stay!

We had a wonderful vacation. Location is perfect! Condo was great, but we have a few suggestions. The sliding glass door needs replaced, and way to many keys for everything. Adding key pads would make things much easier. All around it was a great trip we will be returning!
