Just the diference from arriving on a Wed and seeing the piles of sand and dirt in the pool, until Satm 3 days later, the work that was done to smooth out the piles of sand and clean the pool was amazing. We saw such a transformation in jut 3 days, unbelievable what great work was performed so the beach and pool could re-open. Great job.

We loved this condo. It was very spacious. It was next to the stairs, so it was an easy in and out to the beach. John's Pass shops and restaurants were just across the street. The only negative I would give is that the public parking is next door and they walk in and put up their tents and chairs in front of you if you rent a chair and umbrella. This might only be a problem on busy days like holidays.

Rental was clean, and had all the amenities needed. Great location, walking distance to great resturants coffee shop and shopping. Beach was beautiful

The location is the best. The most beautiful beaches in the world. Walk to bars, restaurants, ice cream and lots of shopping! Watch the dolphins come out of the bay in the morning and go back into the bay in the evenings. Cant forget to mention the most gorgeous sunsets!

Our group of three couples stayed here the week of April 5-13th 2024. The check in process was somewhat confusing requiring extra visits to the office before they closed. We stayed in unit 106 which is an end unit. Unfortunately it also was directly next to the public parking and beach access to Madeira Beach. Every morning for 7 days. we had a 7 am wake up call by the gentlemen hired to clean the public parking lot with large high powered and VERY LOUD blowers to clean the parking lot. You cannot enjoy sitting on your patio in the morning due to loud blowers. After sunset you can enjoy loud base boomin music and marijuana contact buzz from the people hanging out in the parking lot and squeals from rubber being laid upon their leaving. Beds and pillows were comfy. Unit is a bit older, however, nicely updated with comfortable seating for six adults. Beach is beautiful and pool has enough chairs and tables.

They sag in the middle and need new clean pillows,

We have been coming to Beach Place since 1987. It is a great place for family fun.

Customer service has been great for us both times we have visited Beach Place Condos, the location is perfect for families with all ages, you are able to cross the street and be at Johns Pass shopping area within minutes, the property is well kept with all the employees being very friendly and helpful, I would recommend this location ,the beach is also right there and is cleaned daily .... we enjoy shell hunting in the early morning and fishing in the afternoon

This condo was very spacious and clean. The decor was beach themed and decorated very cute! The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed staying in this condo. If you want a beach view I recommend staying a few floors higher, but it was nice being right by the pool.

Overall experience was very good . Condo was clean , but needed that extra touch . Location excellent . Office management very accommodating & helpful . Abundant activities and restaurants available .

The staff at the rental office was quite helpful and check-in/out was seamless. The property was well maintained and the location was convenient to all, especially to John’s Pass. The only drawback was that the unit was next to a public park and occasionally late night teen parties were held there.

We had a great time. The condo unit was perfect. Great layout and very nice furnishings. It was perfect for our family of 5. The ocean front view was great to wake up to every day. The property was very well maintained. The location at St John's Pass was also very convenient. Lots of restaurants and shops within walking distance

Loved our unit. A beautiful view of the gulf. A walk to any need. John’s Pass is across the street. It’s on the main beach drag so a ride anywhere is easy. Pool well maintained. Our beds were comfortable and the kitchen had anything we needed. The Management team was welcoming and informed. Plan to return in the making.

The condo was very nice and big enough for 3 couples. Excellent location to the beach and across the street to several shops and restaurants. Watching the bridge raise and dolphins cruise by everyday was our routine. Attention was focused also on the pool to appeal to everyone.

Loud music at the pool was vulgar music at best. Families left the pool area because of this. Since my condo was right above the pool I witnessed this first hand. Saw people eating food in the pool and smoking cigars in the pool. Guess where the ashes went? Also serial activity going on in the pool as well. Needless to say I will be looking for a different place for my family to go. On the good side check in staff was very friendly
