This is our second time staying at beach place (13th time at a SunHost resort) and it was great as always. We stayed in 203 Beach Place. The place was nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Couch was great. And view off the balcony is fun for the kids. (Although loud at times)
As always Sunhost staff is super friendly and the grounds are well kept. The parking situation at beach place is always a nightmare and not well done like the other resorts.

Great location and great people to visit with around the pool. Plenty of places to eat within walking distance.

We enjoyed our stay in this unit.The room was nice and clean. Good location.Close to everything. We can see the drawbridge from our balcony.We definitely will be back and stay in this unit again.

The condo was nice and was close to everything we needed. Felt secure with access code required to access all areas. Our condo had a view of the bridge and the kids enjoyed watching the bridge open and seeing the boats go through. Only issue was limited parking...a unit that sleeps 8 should have more than 1 parking space.

Great place to stay but a few suggestions. We wish there was a garbage disposal in the sink and tv remote control in bedrooms so we could set the timer when we retire for the evening. A couple of extra blankets would be nice as my wife gets very cold at night. Condo was very clean and nice looking forward to next year.

Many improvements noticed to make Beach Place condo more welcoming and updated. Pool maintenance exceptional. Staff helpful and friendly. Beautiful beach and sunsets right out the gate make this a beach lover happy.

This condo is very outdated. The beds are extremely cheap and broken down. For the money we paid to rent this condo I would expect it to be somewhat nice, however this condo was not. The location is very desirable but not this co do.

Overall our experience with this rental was good. Our only complaints were that the pool closed at 10pm, and our air conditioning stopped working on a day the office was closed, so we went a day and a half with no A/C.

We really enjoyed the stay at Beach Place. Next time we would probably do an ocean view. Could hear vehicles more on the side we were on but didn't make us like it any less we would just stay ocean side

While this rental was in an excellent location, it needs updating. Carpets, beds, appliances all need to be updated. The fan in the second bathroom didn't work and the shower head in the ensuite bathroom was wonky.

We came from Long Island, New York and had a unit 203 for a week. The unit was good, plenty of room, clean and tidy. The property itself was clean and in overall good condition. We had a partial sea view and a view of John's Pass Bridge from our balcony. The check in was extremely quick and easy. The staff was great and very helpful. The location was perfect and we could walk to shops and restaurants. The weather could be better but the rest was wonderful, overall, we enjoyed our time there and would recommend staying in Beach Place Condos.

The only thing I would note is kitchen would help to have more baking sheets and large pans for the oven and a large stock pot. We just went to dollar tree and got disposable. Best beds we've slept in at Beach Place! The building itself gets too hot for our comfort since you cant turn the air below the 70's but we just bring a fan now. And of course....the elevator ughh....If you have stayed here you know...its hot and slow. We really loved the condo though! We will try to get it again next year. Thank you to the owners of 203 for sharing your home with us!
