Condo needs a lot of work. Nice layout and size but Every inch Needs to be updated and cleaned. Strange smell. It is extremely noisy at night from the elevators, garage and road noise. Decent view of water from balcony and good location to John’s pass.

Than stayed one night came back to crockroaches in our condo
We all went to office...really upset
Meagan...office lady was extremely rude...
She should NOT be working with the public
After we called her out she did get us another condo
As far as me EVER and my friends coming back

Let me start by saying I've been coming here 12 years. Has always been great till this time. I rented 205 for a week. The pictures online need updated. Let's start with the A/C not working. Made it miserable and had to sleep at night. So hot in 205 we couldn't sleep. There was pieces of food on the floor around table and kitchen, hair all inside one of the showers, tile along sliding door all cracked, dirt on couches (food) dryer took over 2 hours to dry a very small load of clothes. Dryer completely plugged with lint and trash. windows in master bedroom banged around with any wind. Had to stick cardboard in them. Sheets had stains. Smelled like cigarettes. was not clean and had to go buy fans and air freshener to tolerate it. Have always loved staying here till this time..

Renting from Beach place condos was easy and the location was perfect. The condo looked much better online than in person. The floor tiles were cracked by the balcony door. Missing in the kitchen. There was apiece on temporary carpet in the laundry room just laid on the floor that would move when you walked. The elevator was very slow or broken as well as the gate to the beach. We travel there every year and this was disappointing.

Outlets need changing as had a hard time charging our phones. We bought a new coffee maker as the build up was gross. Chairs were cheap camping chairs, needed silverware and hangers. Third bedroom carpet was gross and mattresses were terrible! Lights didn’t work well and all faucets need replacing. This might be ok for Spring breakers but not for seniors. Other units might be better as there are many return guests staying there. Loved the view of the bridge from the balcony and it was definitely spacious. Loved John’s Pass and the boardwalk!! I would not stay in this unit again but might consider a different condo depending on how they answer my questions. Also, if you like to fish, you can without driving anywhere.

The building was disappointing, it was dirty, there was a spilled soda and candy in our hallway that was never cleaned. Since we paid $3500 for the week, we were disappointed.

People were loud, getting dressed in the parking lot, using Beach Place's pool and beach area. They were smoking cigarettes, pot and drinking. It was very crowded and loud. There was absolutely no security anywhere. They did have someone using a very loud leaf blower every morning around 7am. So much for relaxation and sleeping in. One of the bedrooms had a broken window, so my granddaughter couldn't sleep in there. The elevators are very slow. They also came in unannounced and sprayed for bugs while we were there with no warning but only left a card in the unit. We don't allow commercial pesticides around our baby granddaughter, and this was unacceptable. I tried to call the office a few times to discuss these issues but no answers. I finally just decided to grin and bear it and try to enjoy our vacation.

Would not stay there again. Condo needs a lot of improvements for the price you pay alot of stuff broken that I listed with the office. Also staying next to the public parking lot was nice but noisy all night long with people screaming and car squealing tires all night long. View is ok. Cannot even use the screen door it’s broken and asked for it to be fixed but never was. Dishes dirty had to was them before we used them. Knifes and forks had food stains on the had to wash them. Maybe the other condos are ipdated and are nicer than this one. Location was great.
