We had to leave the same day we checked in. We were told that the condo was on the 2nd floor and the elevator wasnt working. The 1st floor is the ground floor so the 2nd floor is actually the 3rd floor and we couldnt manage 2 flights of stairs

Wonderful! My second stay at Beach Place, and look forward to staying there again. Great location. Lots to do nice our unit had beach chairs.

We stayed for seven days in Madeira beach. We stayed at this resort twice before and enjoyed our stay each time. The condo has an excellent view of the gulf and partial view of Johns pass. The condo was clean, my only complaint was no ceiling fans, that would be a great help in keeping cool in the summer months. The one drawback of the property is it’s next to public parking and the locals come and set camp on the beach in front of the property. Sometimes the pool area gets a little rowdy late in the day. It has easy access to John’s Pass and the boardwalk with all the restaurants.

This unit has a spectacular view of the beach and conveniently located in walking distance to many shops, restaurants and water holes. I will definitely be back!

This was our first time using this rental company and staying at Beach Place. We have stayed in Madeira/Treasure Island area other times and this was a great location close to shops & many restaurants. The description was accurate to its online description. It was clean upon our arrival and someone was always cleaning the property during our stay. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to have beach access and things to do in walking distance around them. Sun Host was a great company to rent from and made the check in process very easy. Sun host is a great company to deal with with professional friendly staff both in office on grounds staff. 209 is a nice condo with comfortable beds and living room furniture, it would be nice to have a couple of normal height chairs on the balcony for older people. The kitchen needs some things like a large non stick fry pan as there is one that is 6 -8 in which is not going to cook a meal for four adults. There are no oven mitts so used a dish towel which hurts the hands. The other three condos we have stayed in people leave behind spices and foil wrap and stuff, this place was cleaned out.

My only complaint is that the apartment wasn't clean very clean. There was dirt under the beds, windows, behind the dresser. There was mold in the bathroom and kitchen's sink. In general I have to deep clean the apartment the very first day. For a place that wants the guests to leave everything clean and in a good condition otherwise will be charged, should keep the apartments more clean in my opinion.

My only complaint is that the apartment wasn't clean very clean. There was dirt under the beds, windows, behind the dresser. There was mold in the bathroom and kitchen's sink. In general I have to deep clean the apartment the very first day. For a place that wants the guests to leave everything clean and in a good condition otherwise will be charged, should keep the apartments more clean in my opinion.

Unit 209 living room blinds broken and do not work properly. I complained about this last year also but nothing was done to correct. Also water in the bathroom sink is very low pressure.

We took the family for a winter break and loved everything about it. The views from the balcony were amazing. The heated pool was a nice break from the chilly Gulf water. Walking distance to Johns pass and all the restaurants was so amazing as well. Nothing but good things to say about the entire experience

Perfect location and right on the beach! Just what I wanted. The condos description was accurate and the right size for us. We really enjoyed the views and relaxing on the balcony. I would say the only downside and my possible suggestion would be to install a few ceiling fans. It would have been better if there had been a ceiling fan on the balcony as it echoed when we spoke which got annoying after awhile. It would have been ideal to have a ceiling fan in the bedroom too as it seemed to warm up while we were sleeping, but it was tolerable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this condo to my family and friends!

This is the first time my husband and I stayed at the Beach in a condo by ourselves. We usually share with one of my sons and their families. It was so relaxing and our condo was one of the best I have stayed in. It was not only very clean, but beautifully decorated and very nice.

All went well for the days we were there with family. Convenient location and very clean facility. Only issue was the water pressure in the shower and bathroom was very low. Not sure if that can be corrected.

Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, carrying cart, Beach toys, coolers, lotions, cupboards full of spices as well as other leftover teas, and other things. A junk drawer with pens, pencils, paper, batteries etc. a washer and dryer with the soap to go with. We got really spoiled.
This condo had a beach chair, 2 lawn chairs and an umbrella.
Dealt with the owner directly on the last one-very nice and quick to respond. The reception ladies here ( mainly the one on the right) was not very nice at all.
Also, do not like the idea of pest control coming in when we are occupying the unit.
The unit was very nice and clean with a lovely view and fantastic location. When we come back, I will do a little more research and deal directly with an owner.
I would recommend this property, because of its cleanliness, location and view, but only if you were driving there and able to take all your extra necessities.

There are new chairs on the balcony that we loved. High top very comfortable. We would love to come back as we loved the area and the location of the Beach Place. Clean condo had upgraded balcony furnture which was nice. Red tide caused issues so we stayed at the pool to avoid beach.

It was good! Our flight was delayed and we arrived later then we expected and it was a little confusing as to where to find the key, but over all it was great! The location was perfect, lots of things close. The view was beautiful! It was nice!
