Very nice, well equipped unit. Comfortable dual recliners and a large flat screen tv. Good temperature control. Would be nice to have two beach towels. Also have two beach chairs to take to the beach. The only place to sit outside is on the patio in front of the pool.

This is a wonderful location with easy access to the beach boardwalk and food! We saw dolphins, collected shells and it's a 30 minute drive to clearwater. A gem of a find! Thank you for a great stay!

The Surf Song was great. The family atmosphere was the same it always is. We haven’t been in 7 years and it was good to go. The management though was not the best. The people in the office were very rude. The unit was only stocked with 4 towels for 4 people for 7 days. When we asked for more they said “This is not a hotel...do laundry”. I am on vacation...I do not want to do laundry. The unit was also only stocked with 2 rolls of toilet paper for 4 people for 7 days. I was surprised they gave us another roll.

The view is incredible, location in the building is very convenient. Although the condo could use a little sprucing up it was perfect for me.
Be aware that this building and it's interior is very old so don't go expecting a 5 start resort.
A new roof was being put on while we were there so hopefully the renovations will continue.

Had a great time here for our 4 day stay. Beach access is extremely easy to get to. pool area was wonderfully maintained. Condo itself was very clean and roomy. So close to shopping and many great restaurants. Definitely would recommend this place to stay and I plan on rebooking in the future for sure!

This our second time here and we love the perfect location of looking out to the beautiful beach and the enjoyment of John's Pass entertainment by simply walking across the street. A small property which means a more personal experience. Well maintained grounds too.

This was our second year staying at Surf Song and we will be coming back again. Our room was nice and had everything we needed. My only complaint would be that maybe the mattress needs to be replaced. The first year we were there we were amazed with how well the outside maintenance was kept but this year we noticed it wasn't done as well; clean for the most part just not as well as the previous year.

The unit 227 needs new pillows and someone should scubas the tile floor our feet were dirty from walking around on the tile.

Wonderful stay at ideal location. Room was adequate and clean. Staff kept guests well informed and provided business computer for airline booking. Beach spectacular and plenty of shopping/dinner options right across street. Potential generic beach paraphernalia may be available to guest.s Would definitely stay again.

Our stay was lovely. The studio was so cute! It had everything we needed. The ladies in the office were so very kind! Loved being able to watch out the window to see dolphins swim by every morning! We really enjoyed it here!

The unit we stayed in was great but the property was dirty and looked rundown. We have been staying at SurfSong for a long time and have never seen it in the condition it was in October. The walkways were filthy dirty, the paint was peeling up, the pool was dirty, the shuffle board area needs repaired, trash cans were over flowing and there was rats around the pool area and the parking garage.
My parents stayed in a separate unit at SurfSong based on our recommendation and said they would not stay there again based on the condition of the property and their unit. In fact they booked at a different property for next October. We will be returning to the area in April and will see how the property looks at that time.

I love this place. Everyone is so nice. Room a bit old but nice.pool and location perfect. Not a party hotel met so many other guests. Great atmosphere.

We were very satisfied with our unit #227. The furniture, new mattress, and decorations are very nice. The kitchen is adequately furnished and location is very good. I'm sure it is a struggle to maintain the exterior as it should be kept with the sand and wind. Been coming to Surf Song for about 9 years and hope to continue in the future. I do wish they would do a weekly clean. I have to sweep and mop every day or so or it is not acceptable.

This was our 2nd stay this year at Surf Song and it won't be our last! We had an amazing time and the room was exactly what we needed. It's in the perfect location right on the beach and in walking distance to everything you could need! We can't wait to come back!!!

Our room was just fine but we were very disappointed that rules were not enforced. There were so many big floats,toys,roudyness,beer cans always in and around the pool everyday that we were there. Towels were draped on pool fence along with clothing and all this mess was left overnight by the guests in the large group we couldn’t take a picture in the morning because of the way it looked. We had to ask several times for them to move or turn down their radio because we couldn’t hear our tv in our room. Nothing was ever said to this group by the management. Very disappointed

The rental was VERY clean, had all the kitchen appliances you could want, nice decor, view was perfect as well. We had a great time and loved the location on the beach, John's Pass across the street, and well kept grounds.
