rental was nice in nice area. the key pickup and drop off at your office was a big inconvenience to me when you have no rental car and it is 2+ miles from the unit. Did not like that they sprayed inside bug treatment during my stay even know i said i did not want anybody in the unit while i was staying there.

Overall our 3wks was extremely good. The unit is very well stocked and is in a great location. The unit itself was perfect for the two of us and for the most part was very clean. A couple of issues that was the reason for a 4 star. The area rug is in need of a good shampoo or should be replaced. If the coffee table is moved it is quite obvious why I say this. Our bedding should have been inspected more closely before being put back on the bed. It was obvious that the comforter was not washed before being put back on our bed from the previous renters. And no bedding should have any stains, old or new. I will say that it was rectified quickly, once we contacted Sunhost personnel. But it didn't leave a great impression of the cleaning process.
The facilities (pool, hottub, workout area) are excellent and well maintained! Love that the beautiful park is across the street, and the grocery store is within walking distance.
As I said, overall it was a great unit and we would definetly return.

WIFY was not working....found out the next day an upgrade had not been done by the owner. Finally Xfinity got it working by installing new equipment that had been sitting in the condo. The light under the microwave was burned out. Called Sunhost, they sent a maintenance man out. He never came back with a new bulb. Two weeks without a light over the stove top. Smoke detector in the hallway started chirping. Meaning it needed a new battery or defective. Sunhost said they replaced the battery. When we came back that evening, the smoke detector was still
chirping. Did they actually replace the battery?
I had to remove the battery so we could sleep.
The shades on the sliding door to the patio did not fit the opening completely and left a gap at either end compromising our privacy.
Who knows.

Nice location and view. Noisy ;with building going on across the inlet. Bathroom sink was always pulling up. Other than that was a nice place.Thank you.

This is our second time staying at the Blue Anchor. It is one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at. The kitchen has great pans and utensils, believe me a lot of rentals have barely useable kitchen items so we really appreciate this. I have to mention the pull out couch which is extremely comfortable and again most pull out couches are not normally. The water view is stunning to wake up to and we enjoyed sitting on the patio every morning. We can't wait to go back!
