We were very fortunate to be on vacation while the manatees were enjoying their time in Madeira Beach! The location of the property is ideal with just a short walk to many restaurants and bars and directly across from John’s Pass. A few things around the property need a little updating but overall things were well maintained, especially the beach area.

Overall we like the condo and would return. Downfall hot tub wasn't working the whole time and pool looked like it hasn't been serviced in some time. Our unit had no baking sheets or any beach items at all. A few beach chairs would have been nice to have. Cant beat the location!

The pool & Pool area never cleaned, Room 304 was very clean & nice, We have stayed here before not sure why the beds are so hard.

This was our first visit to Madeira Beach and I think we had the most perfect place to stay! It was located directly across from Johns Pass and the older kids loved walking over to go shopping or get an ice cream. The condo was great! It is very spacious and the kitchen was fully equipped. The beach was not crowded because there are no hirise hotels close by. I would definitely recommend this condo. My daughter stayed in a separate one which was right next to our room. It is a small complex which made it very nice. Fun to watch the pass go up and down while standing in the ocean!

Everything was great just a couple glitches. The condo was wonderful except for the master bedroom mattress and pillows. The mattress was like sleeping on a board and the pillows were just sad. Also the pool and hot tub were not cleaned of sand and debris daily.

We have been staying at the Crimson for the last several years. Crimson 304 was clean and well furnished. However, like the other units the beds are EXTREMELY HARD makes for difficult sleep. I think next time we will purchase a mattress topper and throw it away when we leave. We love the location and the ease of rental. We will be back again next year.

Dishwasher broken upon arrival. Hair in Master bath shower. Granite counter tops not clean. I found 2 knives put away in utensil draw that still had food on them

Everyday the local teenagers 15-17 years old would jump the red fence and either jump in pool or hot tub. They were rude and crude. At dusk some showed up just got the hot tub. I feel the hot tub needs to be shut down during the summer when people are vacationing. I’m thinking there is a real chance for a liability issue if someone is hurt. I saw two boys jumping up to the pipes hanging down in the parking area and swinging on the pipes that supply water for possible fire alarms. Me standing there did not bother them at all. I love crimson and have vacation here for 30 years.,I try to take care of the grounds when I stay here so I hope someone will make an effort to keep the local kids out. 304 was beautifully decorated we have stayed at crimson for many years in several different units 304 is a favorite. You are close to everything.
We are sad that the price has reached a high that we may not come again

Sunhost staff was very accommodating during our stay. You just can’t beat the beaches and John’s Pass is great! Accommodations were updated and very comfortable. One suggestion would be to include the balcony area (railing, floor, and furniture) for cleaning in addition to the interior of the unit. We will be back!!!
