Our condo was clean and nice. We stayed in room 305. I’ve stayed in several rooms there before and they’ve been good as well. They could use some updating a couple rooms. I’ve stayed in the past had extra toilet paper and things which they did but this one did not have any cleaning supplies at all so I’m not sure if that’s supposed to happen or if we need to bring our own next time but I have been in some in the past that I’ve had extra stuff like that Overall it was a great place to stay. We always enjoy coming with all of our other families that we come with.

Girls all met for fun vacation not realizing how bad Hurricane affected our stay.. alot of restaurants and hotels were still closed. All boardwalk destroyed.. our condo 305 at beach place was not the cleanest and had musty odor from dampness.. beds were uncomfortable and owner had signs everywhere not to use their stuff( beach chairs,umbrella, etc) We have stayed at beach place ar different condos and never had an issue. It is a great location but this one unit #305 I wouldn't recommend. Property management did a great job in trying to make guests comfortable.

Fake eyelashes in the bathroom, sand on the floor and the couches and also sand and food under the couches. This unit could use some ceiling fans too as we were hot the whole time.The bedspreads were disgusting and very outdated. This unit needs some help! Maintenance came in unannounced to change the air filter. Not okay. There was smoking on the balcony and in the pool area. None of the rules are ever enforced here. People came up from the beach and used the pool. Kids were jumping the fence. The security is a joke. They walk around with their heads in their phones not paying attention to anything. Don't bother with the arm bands, they never check to see if you have one. We have come here for our family vacation for three years and between the ridiculous rate increase and lack of concern for their guests, this will be our last year. :(

Everything was like it was described. I chose this location due to close to everything. Was an adult trip with older parents. They enjoyed watching the boats. Seen dolphins every day. Great location. A little busier in this area due to public beach access and parking lot. But we enjoyed people watching and watching people fish. Area was well patrolled so very safe.

The ladies in the office are not helpful or friendly. We had to wait until after 4 to get our rental. Which was neither good or bad. Until we went into the unit. I can honestly say the only thing that was clean were the toilets. The floor have not been sweep or mopped. The air conditioner never got cold. It hardly ran.

I found a few dirty dishes/utensils and there were not many of them, the master bathroom sink was very slow draining, master bedroom drawers broken, couch was old and didn’t recline properly, hinges on another bedroom was loose. The parking lot was was a race track all night and you could hear the traffic/bridge. We did not get any rest all week. The elevator was so slow and only had one for the entire complex.

Condo was in a great location! Right on the beach and close to John’s Passs Boardwalk!

Location to John's Pass is good. Walk to everything.
Noise from bridge is a little loud at times, but was fun watching the boats go thru.
Unit itself was good. A few updates could be done, but not critical for stay. Mattresses could use updating in all rooms. Floors could've been cleaner. Definitely need slip-on shoes or flip flops to wear in unit. Also, nothing left behind from previous renters other than salt n pepper. No paper plates, napkins or paper towel. Utensils are adequate. Overall stay good. Would prefer beach facing unit.

Great vacation overall!
However it's the first time we didn't feel safe after dark being off the property. The public parking area and under the bridge were very sketchy after dark and we had not experienced that before.
Also it would be nice if the elevator could be updated in the near future.

This condo had view if public access parking. In 2 weeks there wasn’t a day without drama in parking lot. From young men challenging the folks below us to fight, fast trucks, loud music and tons of teens hanging in the dark yelling at each other. Definitely no updates in this unit

Our stay was wonderful. Check in was literally 5 minutes long. The condo was clean and loved having the washer / dryer for the wet pool towels . The entire staff were great. Will definitely book again . Loved having the pass view .

We love Beach Place Condos! This makes I believe our 11th or 12th time staying here over the years. Always look forward to coming back to our favorite local location JOHN'S PASS! Thank you again for making this another beautiful vacation!!

very nice condo- clean and well kept. spent a little time every morning on the balcony,which had the best view. Waffle house was my favorite breakfast spot and Johns pass was right across the street. We've stayed here before and will be back.
