I stayed three nights in condo 332. The unit it self was clean but very small. The couch was well worn and the fold out bed was not comfortable at all. The twin bed mattresses were also well used, overly soft and each move the whole bed would creak. One plug in the bedroom didnt work. The ceiling fan in the bedroom was very wobbly and you could only have it on low. We did like having the extra bathroom towels and beach chairs for the beach. The sliding glass door to the patio was old and hard to open. The patio was decent, with a decent view but you are sharing it with three other rooms. Overall we had a good time, the condo was just lower level quality for where I have stayed before.

Condo met all expectations, comfy bed, well equipped, nice pool and nice view. Unfortunately, it was not disclosed that there would be unbearably noisy construction in renovating the condos below us. We could not hear eachother on our balcony, woken up early every morning to buzz saws, the pool was ridiculously noisy and we were without water not being able to use the restroom or shower. Sun Host apologized and said they had no control over any of it. I think the worst part of it for me is that I love the area and have booked with SunHost several times, but never had an issue and how it was handled was unacceptable to me. To know that I paid a bunch of fees and normal rates for the most unrelaxing stay without compensation is so disheartening to me. To be told there is nothing we can do about it but we will refund you 10% (that I have yet to see) is not enough. I’d had paid much more not to have dealt with that every single day. Not even offered an alternative. Very disappointing.

You won't get a better location than this! On the beach, across the street from restaurants and shopping. Nice friendly people everywhere you go. A bit run down and needs a good scrubbing but would definitely stay again.

We just returned from our 11 day vacation at Surf Song Unit 332, Maderia Beach. The unit is very nice. I’m told it has recently been renovated. It was perfect. We loved the location. We were right across from John’s Pass. So convenient. We enjoyed relaxing on our balcony watching the Gulf. The unit is perfect for two people. Can’t wait to return.

Amazing!!!! Clean, Comfortable and an Awesome Location. This place had everything we needed. Close to lots of Great restaurants within walking distance Shops and places to grab a drink plus right on the Gulf! My husband would walk to bridge and go fishing! We just loved it here! Will definitely be back!

We had an incredible time coming back to Surf Song. We have actually been going there for more years than I care to admit. BUT I will tell you my wife and I were married on the beach in front of the Surf Song 22 years ago. Condos are clean, people are friendly and the location is great. What more could you ask for?

I have stayed in the building many times over the 50 years I have been coming to Madeira Beach. It was adequate for our needs. The air conditioner worked great. We enjoyed the view at breakfast on our balcony daily. Pool was clean and clear.

This is an older property that doesn’t have a ton of updates. However, it’s super clean and well kept. The staff are friendly and helpful. The beach wasn’t crowded and there was tons to do at John’s Pass. Will definitely be back!

Location is perfect! You can easily walk to anything you need. No car rentals necessary. The condo needs a little updating with paint and new mattresses on the beds. Otherwise this is a great small condo for 2 people. Had everything we needed. View is awesome!

We are disappointed in our room. I say room because it was not a condo. This room was not what the pictures showed. We had a collage refrigerator a toaster and coffee pot in the hallway entrance no kitchen sink to wash dishes. It is so outdated with extension cords running all over the place. The coach was so dirty we would not set on it. This room needs updated and cleaned. The resort was nice and the pool and beach was beautiful. The room was not what you would want to spend a full week in on your holiday vacation

Loved the location to the beach. The view from the room was good. Hot water didn’t stay on very long but it did stay warm.

The condo is very outdated. Walls have paint chipped off them. No screen door on the sliding glass door so we could not leave door open to hear ocean. Door to go into condo is rotting & chipping away, gaps all the way around the door you could see daylight coming. Couch very uncomfortable, no coffee table to put you feet on. Nothing else in condo to set in other than kitchen chairs. It rained 2 days while we were there so it was not comfortable setting inside. I have never stayed at a place where there were no paper towels or tissues provided. Water drained out of the tub when I tried to take a bath. I had to stuff a paper bag in drain to hold the water & remove it when I was finished. Shower rod needs to be moved out further or a curved one bought shower curtain was sticking to us while showering. Mattresses were worn down and soft when you got into bed you sunk. There was dirt and a toenail on the rug on the living room when we got there, that goodness we had brought a broom & dust pan with us. This review was completed by Charles s. wife Ruth.

Needless to say we were not pleasantly surprised when we walked in definitely need some updating maybe some fresh paint on the walls and the door was filthy the beds were absolutely terrible the location is great there were dirty towels still left in the cupboard so not sure how well the place was cleaned

The view was beautiful, place was clean. Close to John's Pass Boardward, shops and restaurants. It did have road noise, but we enjoyed ouyr stay.

The patio door would not look. However, they did fix it. The view was great. They need new chairs on the balcony. The chairs felt unsafe. Maybe purchase tall chairs to see view better. The construction/work around the building was incredibly loud and annoying. It made our stay with a toddler very stressful since it was interrupting his naps. When I inquired about the construction and noise, I was asked why my 1.5 year old was still taking naps. Excuse me??

Been coming down to this area for over 45 years. Still LOVE IT. Decided to bring along my Sister who hasn't been here since 1998. Goregous Weather and Scenery. I will certainly. Lol again soon. Thank You.
