This condo was excellent! The location is close to the beach. It was easy to get checked in. It is quiet and spacious. It was also very clean. I would definitely stay again.

Fantastic overall experience, condo was very nice, roomy, open and great views, we are looking to book again this Fall and would not hesitate to reserve this same unit.

After a long day of travel and a delayed flight, we followed the late check in instructions and drove to Sunhosts office to pick up our envelope. Upon arrival at the Harbor condo, we read and reread all of the instructions as we could not figure out how to get into the parking garage. We were not given the key fobs needed to access the parking garage and the building. We were locked out and it was nearly 1:45 am. We called the after hours number in our late check-in packet. The lady who answered asked me multiple times the address then out me on hold to call a manager as she could not find any info on our condo. When she came back on the line she stated they do not manage the property and how did I get their number? Panic sets in...were we scammed? I literally read the info on the packet to her. I pressed saying we better get all of our money back and this is absolutely inexcusable! What were we supposed to do at this time in the morning? I was upset and exhausted. My two kids were exhausted and my oldest son had an important scholarship interview the next day.Finally, she said she would call another manager. After another long hold, she returned and said they do manage this property and someone would call us soon. I was on the phone with her for over 30 mins! Finally we get. Call that someone will meet us at the office to get us key fobs. After waiting for him to arrive and getting back with our key fobs it was nearly 4 am! We never got a call from management with an apology or any attempt to try to make things right or credit is for any portion of the time we were locked out of our unit. Shame on Sunhost! Our main complaint regarding the unit is that there is no locking door into the primary bedroom and the sliding barn doors give no privacy.

The condo was excellent. Good location for restaurants, beach and walking. View was outstanding. Will definitely stay there again on future trips. Note: There are two assigned parking spaces on the the second floor of the gated garage. Easy access to the inside hallway and elevators. There are several guess parking spaces on the first floor of the garage.

The condo is gorgeous! Quiet, no issues with parking, great elevators, key code entry which is great. All the amenities needed (except no pool towels). Nice quiet building. Not sure what the developers were thinking but the entrance to the pool seems to have been a total afterthought....you have to either exit the front of the building and walk arounde, or go across the parking garage to the stairs exit and exit the building on the side, pass by a locked bathroom door (we were not provided with the bathroom lock code# and called Sunhost called us back once they got it). It’s a klugey way to access the pool on a building so nice. Pool was in the shade during our entire visit.

The housekeeping team is fabulous, condo was spotless, well supplied in towels and bedding that was hotel quality.

Cool to have automatic blinds, until their batteries die and are stuck in up position before bedtime....but Sunhost got the contractor who hung them to stop over and hooked up a charger to the blinds and within maybe 2 hours they were fully charged and working. (I left the charger with instructions in the unit for future guests).

I know the folks who work for Sunhost are hard workers and swamped so my suggestion to those that own the company is invest time and money into streamlining and bulletbproofing the process. We were given the wrong entry code so could not enter the unit. Thankfully it happened during business hours, we were out on hold for a brief minute or two and then were given another code to try that worked. Reviews of Sunhost show this has happened before. Most of the women I talked to at Sunhost were very helpful, but Jen was not. She accidentally hung up on me and when I immediately called her back she said she had too much going on and was the only one in the office. So I said that I bet there’s some technology that could improve the process and she told me she probably knew more about technology than I cuz her dad

The condo is great. However, Sunhost is not honest and didn't have our complete after hours check in packet available causing us to waste hours trying to get what we needed to get into our condo. Rent from a more legit company. I wish I had read all their reviews first!

Overall 5 stars! There were a few small things that were odd but the location was great, the condo was clean and quiet (for the most part)and the view of the harbor from the balcony was lovely! we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! I would like to see the pickup and drop off of the key fobs to be done onsite instead.

We had the most relaxing vacation we’ve had in a long time! The condo was so clean, the views were wonderful, it was so peaceful & relaxing. The beds were so comfortable! The location was perfect...close to the beach, grocery store, and restaurants, anything you needed.

This condo is just beautiful! Very nicely laid out for our group. So close to the beach for the teenagers but also centrally located for several restaurants and marina. Condo is fully stocked with top of the line appliances and everything is brand new. Very nicely decorated. Hope to return there soon.
