My family and I had a great time at Beach Place!

We payed 650$ per night for a dirty and not acceptable condo. Flying wire at the door, Ventilation Grille in bathroom Falling from the wall, a door felt nearly from the wall. The general condition of the condo is a Desaster. Further it was not very clean. All in all pls. Do not book this condos.

The only good thing is the area around with restaurants and Bars.

Very nice 3 bedroom 2 bath condo. Everything worked as described. Icemaker was nice to have. There were some cheap beach chairs in the room to use. I like that there was a code for all the doors and gates. So no keys to have to carry. Only downside is our bedroom was right next to the trash chute. So we could hear people dropping trash down of the mornings. Overall great experience for our family of 7.

The unit we rented suited us just fine. Stayed on Treasure Island last year and we now prefer Madeira Beach! Beautiful, pristine beach. Clean and safe. Saw dolpins every day and even managed to get a glimpse of a manatee. We will be back!

Could use more seating for living room,balcony, the dryer vent to outside needs clean, dry took 2hrs to dry Ordinary load

We stayed here last year with friends, like it so I booked it for my family. The condo 4058 has really gone down since last year chair and table missing on the balcony. TV controls all missing backs plates with chips in them. I would stay again but look for another condo to rent. WE LOVE the location.

We have stayed in Beach Place on our first visit to the area so we were thrilled to be returning!
The condo was perfect proximity to everything we needed.
The beds were amazing. The second bathroom was a bit run down but water pressure and temperature of water was perfect.
We would definitely stay again.

Absolutely everything was perfect about this place and I would highly recommend it. I would rate it as 5+ and I would definitely come back. Thank you for all you do.

This was our first time staying at this location and we will definitely come back. Everything was very clean. Loved having John's Pass just across the street.

Unit was as described. View was wonderful & nice to have the app show what your view will be. Adequate amount of towels & kitchen supplies. Some laundry soap would have been nice but we bought it. Plenty room to hang out for 6 adults in the unit. Very nice reclining couch & recliner. Nice to have TV in each room. Nice pool with plenty space and shade if needed. Direct access to the beach. Great location to utilize Johns Pass.

Our Bach place vacation are always good but not long enough, units are very well furnished and the views from the balcony are good, sunset views are awesome and staff are always very friendly and helpful

No problems with the condo. Our family loves it there. I think your elevator could use some work. Was not very happy with a group of people at the pool the first week that were drinking and throwing jello shots into the pool from balconies.

The attitude during check in (Stacy) was far less than desirable. I've been staying at Beach Place for >15 years and fully understand the rules and procedures for this place. I was talked to like I was a 5 year old. We had a slight problem with the AC unit, we called the desk for help and got a similar response, not good. The maintenance man arrived and promptly corrected the problem. He was courteous and professional.

It was a great location being across from the boardwalk but facing the bridge and the public parking lot was very loud at night with people hanging out, playing loud music and racing cars in circles around the lot. If we stay here again we will get a unit facing the gulf or the building farther away from public parking. The condo itself was very nice and clean. We loved the nice electric recliner. Would have been nice to have ice maker working but not a big deal. I would recommend this property but not this unit

Love the area, like SunHost, always book with them! This was however the worst property, very dated, furniture broken and worn, kitchen poorly equipped, not even a potholder, much less serving bowls or enough cups for coffee! Access to John's pass was awesome, but being over the parking lot where teens gather nightly with loud music and loud cars, terrible!

Great view, very accommodating. Could of did better cleaning up the sand in the condo from previous guests, but other than that great place!

The Beach Place was in an ideal location - no need to drive anywhere. The unit was clean and exactly what we expected. We would stay here again.
