The Space
Welcome to your luxury waterfront escape in Madeira Beach! This newly constructed 4th-floor condominium offers stunning views of the Gulf, Boca Ciega Bay, and the marina from its large private balcony. You will need to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts before any reservations are confirmed.
The spacious split floor plan is perfect for families or groups. On one side, you'll find a large king bedroom suite with a full bathroom, plus an additional half bath for convenience. The other side features a second king bedroom and a third bedroom with a queen bed, sharing a second full bathroom. Both king bedrooms offer direct access to the balcony.
Relax on the modern patio furniture and watch the boats go by, or unwind inside your clean, comfortable space. Your stay includes:
* Smart TVs with streaming in all rooms
* High-speed internet throughout the unit
* A fully equipped kitchen with utensils, pots, and pans
* An in-unit washer and dryer for your convenience
Guest Access
As our guest, you'll have access to the building's wonderful amenities. Take a dip in the sparkling community pool or relax in the hot tub, both overlooking the harbor.
Parking is simple with two assigned spaces in the secure garage. The garage also features two electric vehicle (EV) charging stations, available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you're arriving by water, please contact us to inquire about a possible boat slip/lift rental.
The Neighborhood
Our condo is perfectly situated in Madeira Beach's city center, a vibrant and highly walkable area. Just steps from your door, you'll find fantastic restaurants, pubs, boat rentals, live entertainment, and unique shops. The beautiful sands of Madeira Beach are only a 0.2-mile walk away.
Don't miss the famous John's Pass Village & Boardwalk, located just 1.5 miles south. This quaint, turn-of-the-century fishing village is Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction, offering over one hundred shops, a variety of restaurants, and numerous water activities.
Getting Around
With its central location and two dedicated parking spots, you can easily explore the surrounding areas by car. For a car-free option, the Suncoast Beach Trolley provides convenient transit from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach.
The condo is conveniently located near two major airports: St. Petersburg-Clearwater International (10 miles) and Tampa International Airport (20 miles).
Important Information
To ensure a comfortable and transparent stay, please note the following:
* This is a privately owned condo, not a hotel. While it is professionally cleaned after each departure, daily maid service is not included. We are happy to connect you with a cleaning service for an additional cost during your stay.
* We provide a starter set of essentials like trash bags and dish soap. These items are not replenished during your stay.
* A limited number of visitor parking spaces are available within the secure garage and require a FOB for access. There is no visitor parking outside the building, but city pay lots are located half a block away.
* This property is professionally managed by SunHost. You will have access to our office staff and maintenance team 7 days a week, including an after-hours emergency contact, should any issues arise.
