Was a very nice and clean place. Had a few issues and they were taken care of very quickly. 1. The keypad on the door stopped working. They were out in less than 15 mins to change the batteries. 2. The tub to shower stopper broke. They came out next morning and installed new.

The condo had everything we needed and then some. There is also laundry facilities on each floor. Best location to all the entertainment at John’s Pass.

The property was clean and spacious. A little dated, especially bathrooms The pool was still recovering from the hurricane. Chain link fence around it. Couldn’t see the ocean. No chairs or loungers like picture showed. The renter should probably disclose the pool issues.

The location next to John’s Pass is good. Allot to walk to.

I was lucky to find this place after my 1st place contacted me my rental wasn't available.This place was very "homey" and love the decor.Great location to everything! A little noice due to hurricane damage but over all can't complain.

It was Great!!! 4th of July on the beach did not disappoint. I will definitely come back.

The unit has everything in it that you could possibly need. The beds are comfortable and so is the sofa bed. The pool and the bbq area were all kept clean. There were lots of loungers available at the pool.

Horrible experience staying in this unit. Rules are not enforced at this resort. If you have a young family do not stay here. We did not sleep during our stay here due to people breaking rules (playing music on balconies until 2am). The people above us were constantly yelling and fighting from 11pm-2am and at various periods throughout the day. We asked to be moved units and were denied. This week cost us over 4000 dollars Canadian and it was such a waste of money. It was not relaxing due to lack of sleep and being constantly agitated by the noise. Do not stay here because if you have any issues no one will help you. They will only recommend calling the sherif. We will not stay here again. The unit has large windows in the master bedroom which is not good for noise. We heard motorcycles until 1:30am.

We rent from Sun Host frequently. It has been 10 years now that we come at least once a year. We loved our stay in this condo. It was nice and clean and had everything we needed to have a great time as a family. Thank you

Nice 2 BR condo in prime location to John's Pass with lots of shops/restaurants across the street. Condo was clean, up to date and furnished nicely. Pool area was nice and easy access to the beautiful white sand beach. Would stay here again!
