The condo unit was very nice with large rooms, comfortable furniture and a beautiful view. Although not on the beach side, we had a great view of the bay and saw dolphins almost everyday. The area is very busy being next to one of the only public parking lots open right now and lots of noise at night but it was Spring Break week. The beach is huge, so even though it was busy there was plenty of space.

Unit 503 was very clean and updated. A few amenities should be replaced such as chipped cups and plates. We liked being on the upper floor and was very quiet in the hallway. That elevator though is a bit slow however stairs are close in proximity and exercise is good to burn off those calories you seem to endure on vacation ��

We loved our stay and the Condo was nice. We wished it would have had a couple beach chairs included as we have been staying at Beach Place for the last 15 years and have been flying down for the last 5 years and leave chairs in the unit we stay in for the next people to us and they are never there when we return.

This condo has everything you are looking for. Nice granite countertops, comfortable leather couches, master shower is great. Bed very comfortable. Nice view of bridge and quiet at night for sleeping. All the kitchen gadgets you could want. Also nice to see credit card washer/dryers now

This is our 2nd year in a row staying in this condo. It’s a great location and very nice condo. It wasn’t as clean we felt as last year. But it’s still a wonderful place to stay. I did mention in another review it needs some extra things in the kitchen and we came back from the beach and a couple of the things we said would be nice had been dropped off, I’m assuming by the office staff, for us.

Great view of Johns Pass❤️❤️ The condo was nicely furnished. The only 2 things I would say negatively would be that the floors needed mopped because from the first day our feet were dirty and we had to wear socks or shoes around the room. I would of liked to have had a mop to just clean up the floors more while staying. I wish there had been a washer and dryer in the unit cause it wouldn’t take time away from our vacation trying to clean our clothes . A towel exchange would also be a great addition like most places we’ve stayed have.

We stayed for just over a week in August, we had originally booked for an apartment on the 4th floor but were moved to 5th floor before we departed for our holiday as we were informed the owners wanted the 4th floor. This apartment was ok, however we felt that it could do with an update, the sofa in the living area had patches where the cover had worn off and one of the relaxer chairs was broken so it would randomly ‘ping’ into the recline position and wouldn’t lock. Also the rug in the living area was really dirty looking. The kitchen was well stocked with all things you would expect, so no complaints there. The television remote in the master bedroom did not work, and there were cracked tiles in both the bathroom areas. Generally I wouldn’t say it was really spotless when we arrived and could have done with a really good clean. Another really unfortunate thing was that there was some maintenance work going on in the stairwells where they were recovering the flooring, which although was deafeningly noisy it was the mass amount of dust this created right next to our entrance to the apartment not giving us a very relaxed feel to our holiday. We understand maintenance work is needed however would it not have been better to do this in the low season instead of peak? You may think that this review is picky, but I felt it necessary to comment given the overall cost of the apartment, we would have expected a little bit more in terms of spec from it.

The facilities were very nice and clean. The location was convenient being right next to John’s Pass and the shops. Since we were right next to public parking and public beach access the beach was a little more crowded. There were parties going on in the parking on a Friday and Saturday nights. Reddington seemed to have a more private less crowded beach.

We had an amazing time. The condo was wonderful, great view, great location, well stocked, clean and comfortable. The pool was sparkling clean and the beach was steps away. I loved walking to Crabby's on the other side of the bridge and John's Pass was directly across the street, with plenty to do. Would love to stay here again.

As always our vacation did not disappoint, the rooms are so nicely decorated and up to date. The kitchen is equipped with all of the utensils that are required. Have the BBQ downstairs is a great option, which we utilized many times.

The condo was exactly as described and pictured. Very clean and the beds were comfortable. The location was great with plenty to do and see. Everything we needed was within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a wonderful time. I would definately stay here again.

This place was fantastic. The room was very clean, front desk staff was nice. This was our first time visiting Madeira Beach and we all had a great time.
