Communication with Tim and Sunhost and check-in were very easy, and the location was great, with direct access to the beautiful beach and a beautiful view from the balcony. And it's very convenient to have two parking spots.<br/>The place itself was spacious and bright. We just would have liked to see the bathroom, kitchen, and laundry room stocked a little better. You will need to bring or buy your own shower amenities, common pantry staples, laundry detergent, etc. Luckily Publix is close by.<br/>Also, the beds in the second bedroom are full-size, not queen-size, in case it makes a difference to you, and all of the beds could use some upgrading in terms of mattresses and bedding.<br/>As long as you know these things going in, the place works very well, and we had a wonderful time. We hope to be back soon.
