We love Maderia Beach and always book with Sunhost Resorts.
Their properties are the perfect location to the beach and John’s Pass.

The workers are great, never have an issue and smooth check in and check out process.

We have been staying with Sunhost Resorts 10+ years.
We have stayed at Maderia Norte 106 the last 3-4 times now.. it’s a great size condo, fully stocked and perfect location.

This time might be our last at this specific condo unless they do some upgrades. Could use a room deep clean with wall and trim scrubbing, fresh paint and upgrades in bathrooms- stuff is rusty. And a TV in master like pictures would be great!

Overall we still had a great vacation!

Condo is great location with view of ocean and full morning sun on balcony. With colder temps we had a problem with the heat, but Sun Host resolved it quickly. All in all a good stay.

This is our second year back at Madeira Norte! The condo was excellent and the staff made our late check in so easy! The location is perfect with so much in walking distance and beautiful beaches! We love making memories with our family and hope to do so for many years to come at Madeira Norte!

We showed up on July 3rd got our keys for July 4th arrival. The office was closed on the 4th therefore we received keys a day early but couldn't get in until noon on the 4th. Well... On the 4th we went at noon. Keypad would not work, storming, 1200 miles from home with a 1 year old and tired. No one would help us. Office closed, no emergency advice (told us we don't know what to do) no maintenance. Stood there with luggage, screaming child and storming. Put a request in via email for emergency help. Never heard from anyone... Ever. We finally somehow 2 hours later got the lock to reset and open. We could not lock our door when we left due to afraid we couldn't get back in. Then on day 4 board of health came out and shut the pool down. 100 degrees out, no pool. Feel free to use the beach I was told. Ok .. what about accessibility issues? That's why we chose here and the pool. Any other pools we may use? Nope. We lost 3 1/2 days of pool and stuck inside for most of the day. $250 refund... That's it?! We have stayed here before, no problems . This was not a good visit. Oh and the elevator was broke. So the whole complex had 1 working elevator.

Also the place was dirty around frig and washer and dryer, the frig on the side had dry food on it!!!! The sheets didn’t even fit the bed in master bedroom. Horrible experience all together!!!

This was a great location, the unit was clean. The highlight is the cat named Butterball that lives in the parking garage. She's apparently been there nearly 20 years. Loves all the scratches you want to give.

The pool was even better than the pictures online. We were steps away from the ocean and John’s Pass. The staff were helpful and available. The on call number given connected us to the rudest, inpatient person I have ever dealt with. She at one point said my frustration was "stupid" and I could hear small children screaming in the background, had it not been for another resident of the condos taking the phone from my hand and telling this woman he would assist me, we would have never gotten in that first evening. When I went to the office first thing the next morning, and expressed my concern, they didn't seem to be too alarmed only telling me to write a letter of concern. Well the very next day we were evacuated. Good news was we were refunded our money for those evacuation days and because I had purchased of our trip. Like I stated condo was nice but I would not work with SunHost rental company again.

Our condo was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Liked having the bathrooms side by side. Worked great with my husband and I.

Would have given 5 stars, but c'mon... no ice cube trays in the freezer. No paper towels - not even a partial roll. No facial/kleenex tissues. Only 3 coffee cups in a condo that sleeps 4. I don't think we are expecting too much to expect these minimal necessities to be in the condo. Otherwise, great location, very clean, convenient.

1 floor. Side view of the gulf and beach! Simply a short walk to John's Pass and all shopping and food experience!! Rooms stay nice and cool, beds comfortable, great sturdy furniture, nice small kitchen with a w/d hookup, which was really nice!! Great space, I have 4 in my family and I was spacious!!

This was the first time at the Madeira Norte Properties and fist time at Madeira Beech it was a great experience enjoyed it completely. We hope to be able to come down again in the future.

Loved our time at Maderia Beach so much we are coming back in a few weeks. We had a couple of small problems that were unforeseen and likely caused by the previous renters, but the rental company and owner took care of them and we had a great time.
