Madeira Norte 106 - Please note that the pool is scheduled to undergo repairs beginning in May 2026 and will be unavailable during the construction period. At this time, the project is expected to be completed in Summer 2026, although timelines are subject to change. Welcome to Madeira Norte 106, a bright and inviting 940 sq. ft. coastal condo designed for comfort and relaxation. This 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath retreat features an open floor plan and everything you need for a memorable beach getaway.
Living Area
Comfortable leather seating and a TV provide the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach.
Kitchen
Fully equipped with granite countertops, white appliances, all essential cookware and utensils, plus an in-unit washer and dryer.
Master Bedroom
Features a king-size bed, flat-screen TV, and private access to the balcony.
Guest Bedroom
Includes two twin beds, ideal for family or friends.
Bathrooms
One full bath and one half bath, stocked with fresh linens, towels, and pillows.
Private Balcony
Enjoy partial Gulf views and refreshing coastal breezes.

This unit comfortably sleeps 4-6 guests, making it perfect for families or small groups seeking a memorable coastal getaway.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts before your reservation is confirmed.

Guests will have full private access to the entire 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo at Madeira Norte 106. Additionally, guests can enjoy the building's shared amenities:

For your convenience, seven-day-a-week maintenance service and an after-hours emergency on-call person are available. Office services, including copying and printing boarding passes, are also provided during business hours.

Condo is great location with view of ocean and full morning sun on balcony. With colder temps we had a problem with the heat, but Sun Host resolved it quickly. All in all a good stay.

This was a great location, the unit was clean. The highlight is the cat named Butterball that lives in the parking garage. She's apparently been there nearly 20 years. Loves all the scratches you want to give.

When we arrived at the condo it was exactly as described. It had a fully stocked kitchen. The location was fantastic. Right on the beach and across the street from John's pass. We went to a few of the bars and restaurants across the street at John's pass and also Crabby's on the other side of the bridge. Everything was to our liking. We actually saw a pod of 5 dolphins one morning right in front of the condo. Another morning while walking the beach looking for shells of which there were many we saw 2 manatees. We were so excited to see the dolphins and the manatees. We did have a power outage for a few hours but this was no fault of the owners. We simply went across the street to a local bar and had a few drinks while waiting for the power to come back on. We had a wonderful time in this condo and would definitely return for a future vacation.

This condo was an excellent value! Very spacious for our family of four. Very well kept. Obstructed view of the beach, but the balcony is spacious. The location is excellent. Steps away from the beach and John's Pass. So much to do within walking distance. Great pool with a lot of seating for the days that you don't want to go to the beach. The Sun Host team was excellent. We will definitely be back!

Security camera and key for stairs and eleavtor are nice. Condo was perfect for the week. Kitchen well stocked, beds were comfy, balcony was big. We sat on the balcony when it was raining, every morning and evening. You can see the beach on a diagnal view. Air conditioning worked well, but we brought fans for white noise. John's Pass across the street, and we ate at Boardwalk Grill three days in a row! Pool limit is 8 max but that was not usually an issue becuase the beach was right there. Thank you for a great week. I plan to rent from you again.
