Charming 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath located steps from the beach and across from popular John's Pass Village offers great value! Madeira Norte #106 is a 940 square foot property that provides everything you need to have a memorable vacation. The unit offers an open floor plan with ample seating in the living area for watching television or playing board games. The kitchen, with granite countertops, comes fully stocked with utensils as well as a washer and dryer for your use. From the balcony, guests can enjoy a partial ocean view while enjoying the coastal breezes.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The master bedroom is spacious with a king sized bed and flat screen television. The second guest room offers 2 twin beds with plenty of space provided for your belongings. Like all SunHost properties, the bathrooms are meticulously clean. Linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests. Enjoy free WiFi and long distance from this unit.

Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.

There is one assigned parking spot for this condo. Only one car can park at Madeira Norte. Additional parking spots are not provided to Madeira Norte Guests.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

The location of this vacation property is unsurpassed and especially popular for families. Steps away from the beaches, guests can also enjoy the heated swimming pool and BBQ facilities. John's Pass Village, a popular destination for year round residents and tourists alike, is just across the street. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. When we arrived at the condo it was exactly as described. It had a fully stocked kitchen. The location was fantastic. Right on the beach and across the street from John's pass. We went to a few of the bars and restaurants across the street at John's pass and also Crabby's on the other side of the bridge. Everything was to our liking. We actually saw a pod of 5 dolphins one morning right in front of the condo. Another morning while walking the beach looking for shells of which there were many we saw 2 manatees. We were so excited to see the dolphins and the manatees. We did have a power outage for a few hours but this was no fault of the owners. We simply went across the street to a local bar and had a few drinks while waiting for the power to come back on. We had a wonderful time in this condo and would definitely return for a future vacation.

This condo was an excellent value! Very spacious for our family of four. Very well kept. Obstructed view of the beach, but the balcony is spacious. The location is excellent. Steps away from the beach and John's Pass. So much to do within walking distance. Great pool with a lot of seating for the days that you don't want to go to the beach. The Sun Host team was excellent. We will definitely be back!

Security camera and key for stairs and eleavtor are nice. Condo was perfect for the week. Kitchen well stocked, beds were comfy, balcony was big. We sat on the balcony when it was raining, every morning and evening. You can see the beach on a diagnal view. Air conditioning worked well, but we brought fans for white noise. John's Pass across the street, and we ate at Boardwalk Grill three days in a row! Pool limit is 8 max but that was not usually an issue becuase the beach was right there. Thank you for a great week. I plan to rent from you again.
