Q: What is your pet policy?
A: No pets are allowed at any SunHost Resort.
Q: What is check in time?
A: Check in time is 4 p.m.
Q: What is check out time?
A: Check out time is 10 a.m.
Q: Are there pool toys or beach towels in the unit?
A: Pool Toys and Beach towels are not provided. Beach Cabanas and Lounge rentals are located on the beach behind most SunHost Resorts, though not Redington Shores. You can reserve them prior to arrival by calling Beach Services West 727-560-9321 or you can rent them when you get to the beach.
Q: What type of coffee maker is in the unit?
A: Unless otherwise noted in the unit description, drip coffee makers are provided.
Q: Is late check out available?
A: This is sometimes difficult. Please call the night before check out.
Q: If we arrive early can we check in before 4 p.m.?
A: If your unit is clean and ready when you arrive we will allow early check in, however please call ahead to be sure.
Q: Do the units have washers and dryers?
A: Many units have individual washers and dryers and it will be noted in the description. All other units have access to coin laundries onsite.
Q: Is maid service provided or available?
A: At Surf Song a light clean is provided for stays of 9 days or longer, normally every 7th day. Maid service may be available at other complexes at additional cost, please call or email.
Q: What is the nearest grocery store?
A: Winn Dixie is 2.1 miles north and Publix is 2.4 miles north of John’s Pass.
Q: What is the closest airport?
A: St. Petersburg Clearwater International Airport is 10 miles from John’s Pass and Tampa International Airport is 20 miles away.
Q: Additional parking available?
A: Most complexes offer visitor parking however Las Brisas and Beach Place do not. All require registering all vehicles.
Q: Does the condo have a hair dryer?
A: Many units have hair dryers, but it is best to ask reservations prior to packing, however we do offer loaner hair dryers at all of our offices.
Q: Does the condo have an iron?
A: All SunHost units have iron’s and ironing boards.
Q: Do you offer cribs & high chairs?
A: Should you require a crib, highchair or any baby-related items, SunHost recommends Our Little Suitcase & Baby Quip 757-373-8291. They will make sure your equipment is delivered and set up prior to your arrival and will come and remove after you leave.
Q: How old do I have to be to stay with SunHost?
A: No one under the age of 25 may make a reservation. There must be one adult at least 25 years of age occupying the property. No vacationing students or chaperoned parties are permitted.
