The new appliances and furniture were nice. However there’s not enough drawer space for clothes or toiletries. Our bed only had a thin mattress, no box springs. We had to go buy foam tops so we could be able to sleep on it. Very disappointed in that. Especially after driving 17 hours from WV to get there. A comfortable bed would have been preferred to expensive appliances. We’ve been staying there for at least 11 years and have booked our return visit for 2026. PLEASE have a comfortable bed in #117 next April.

Easy check in, great location, still some construction going on but it wasn’t an inconvenience. The unit was clean and comfortable. We would definitely recommend it for a couple or single.

My husband and I have been coming to Surf Song for 10 years. This visit was as wonderful as all the others. We love the unit we stayed in, it’s close to the pool and beach. Everything was nice and clean. The bed was wonderful. I slept so well.

We enjoyed our stay at Surf Song so much that we are already looking for dates to return. It's right on the beach, beautiful pool, walking distance to many restaurants and shops, very clean, and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need for your stay!!! We had very good communication with Suncoast rental company. ♡♡♡

There was no management presence or monitoring throughout the week to check on things, thus most of the posted guidelines were ignored by the guests.

We love staying at Surf Song Resort. We stay for the location, and most of all for our friends and family who stay there too. I can honestly say that in the last 20 years we have been coming , our rooms have definitely needed some Updates, but most of all the BEDS ALL NEED NEW MATTRESSES!!!!!! A shower, and good night sleep and all are happy.

The room was clean, well stocked and decorated nicely. Pool maintenance was not satisfactory. Lounge chairs were dirty with lotion residue. Property maintenance was not up to par with what it has been in the past sadly.

While it was an ideal location, we walked into the middle of a multi family vacation. A dozen kids were running around unattended all hours of the day and night. Our room was in the middle of theirs and the kids kept trying to get into our room. The pool closes at sunset but there was a party in it until at least 11:00 PM. Thankfully with the A/C and dehumidifier going it damped down the noise while in our room. We couldn’t sit out side because they took up all of the umbrella tables and had music blasting all day. If you’re looking for a nice getaway with your spouse, this is not for you.

Surf Song Resort is the only resort we stay at been going for over 30 years. Everyone is so friendly. Have never stayed at any other resort. We love it.

The shower was horrible. Mats moldy and dirty, shower door tracks had mold and chunks of black. When we got there we dropped everything and went to the beach which was beautiful. We didn’t notice until we got back. Too bad because otherwise it was nice. FIX THE BATHROOM!!!!!

We only stayed three nights but it was perfect. The view over the pool and can see the ocean! Steps from beach. Pool clean. Whole resort area clean. Bed comfortable. TV stations fine. Kitchen had what we needed. Very clean. High recommend it. Directly across the street from the villages.

Very nice! Friendly staff, clean studio apartment. The pool was crystal clear, clean and pleasant. A very family-friendly place to stay. Great beach access.

Our rental unit was 117. I have stayed in 4 different rooms in my 5 yrs of coming to this unique gem of a resort. My experiences have all been great! Staff is very helpful. Maintenance staff is always on top of things. I really don’t have any negatives to give.
