This adorable property is popular for couples while offering one of a kind views! Free Wifi. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Guests will immediately notice this well cared for property has new furnishings, a recently remodeled kitchen, bathroom, paint and artwork. Sleeping arrangements include a very nice king size bed. As a SunHost Resorts managed unit, this property will be fully furnished with all kitchen utensils, linen for all beds, extra pillows & sufficient towels for your stay.

While this property is everything and more, it's prime location is why several guests make repeat visits year after year. Just a short walk outside the front door and you will immediately find yourself at the heated pool, and BBQ facilities. Walk just a few moments longer and you will be at one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copying, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.

Surf Song 117 is located just across the street from the famous John's Pass Village & Boardwalk. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden. You can access the Pass via the beach by traversing under John's Pass Bridge or any of a number of safety crosswalks.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Small room with a decent sized kitchen. Overall it was a cute little place. Bed was comfortable. It was nice to be able to see the ocean from the window. Plenty of beach chairs available for complex to use. The pool was always clean and heated. Make sure you bring beach towels. Had a great time. Thank you for the beautiful memories :)
