Unfortunately I don't have much positive to say. I've been staying there fairly regularly for the past 20 years.
NOISE. I know there isn't much you can do or are willing to do but those **** vehicles shooting over the bridge, in the evening try their hardest to make all the noise they can. On a previous stay we complained and a squad showed up for several nights.
KITCHEN Everything worked fine but the utensils were goodwill rejects. Quit below class I was paying for.
LIGHTING was horrid. Only the kitchen and dining room lights actually activated a light! The rest of the unit was DARK!
BATHROOM The Handicapped bathroom was made for just that. Handicapped! No vanity top to use, mirrors at incorrect height, water line to the basin was actually DISCONNECTED! My wife informed me we hod NO water at that basin. I checked the shutoff valves and hot and cold were shut. Turned on the hot and water sprayed all over the place! Further investigation discovered that the hot water hose was actually unscrewed from the under side of the faucet ????? Since I had no tools I hand tightened it, and maint came in with a wrench the next day and snugged it up! HOW in the **** could your cleaning crew not notice this!!!???
FANS All fans were absolutely filthy! My wife cleaned all THREE of them before she would even turn one on.
TEMP.. I can see the need for the thermostat to reset itself to 74 when not occupied, but when I had to reset this **** thing everyday back to 72 it was getting aggrevating.
As you can tell, I'm getting older and a lot less tolerant of all this BS! My expectations were much higher after having spent at least 15 of the last 20 years at BP.
IF i return, it will be to Treasure Island area. Much more quiet and slow all around.

Nice locationby johns pass but unit faces channel . Short walk to beach. We like having your own parking space.

Hopefully this helps and gets resolved. We pay a hefty price for rental and clean up fees. There was beach sad all over the couches filthy under the couches . Crumbs inside of cabinets and mold along tub.

Our family of 5 stayed here and we enjoyed the view of the bridge. The unit had everything that we could need in the kitchen and the beds were very comfortable.

We came down for Memorial Day weekend. We had a great stay at Beach Place. The staff was great leading up to about arrival which was after hours but we had all the info we needed to check in late. The property has all the amenities you could want for a beach vacation and the location is perfect being across the street from John's Pass. Our Family loved being right on the beach and the kiddos loved the pool option as well. We had family come and visit and the public parking lot right next door made this very easy. We will be back for sure!

I've been staying around Johns Pass for 12 years - the location is fantastic - just cross the street for food, shopping, activities and more. This condo size is great - loved having 4 queen beds. Sitting on balcony is fun as you people watch lol - nights get interesting. Kitchen is stocked with enough dishes and pans, etc. Beds were ok - living room furniture was cozy -

only complaints - toilet seat kept falling off, we would tighten, still loosens up, called for maintenance he tightened and still comes off

and the cleaning company needs to improve on their cleanliness

Lovely condo. The beds were very comfortable! Our 4 year old grandson loved watching the drawbridge go up and down from the balcony!
The pool was warm and clean.

Location was good. Loved being across from John's Pass and the convenience, but, we were right next to the public beach so the beach was very crowded on the weekends especially. And evenings got loud. Cars reving engines ect. Management was nice to work with. We arrived very early and they let us store luggage in the office whole we waited for our unit to be ready. We were even able to check in a little early. There was an oversight where for some reason our unit was overlooked by housekeeping but they came right back and did a great job. Gave us extra towels. The guest bath does overflow being an accessible shower. I wish the kitchen had more Tupperware and a pitcher. But overall was a great stay.

We asked if we could check in early and she said “when your room is ready we will call you. That’s how it goes.”
So 4pm rolls around and still no call. We go to check in again and it was ready... no phone call. We watched the cleaning crew leave around 2:30pm. Who knows how long it was ready for.
We have been to beach place several years growing up and it was not fun or ideal to be treated that way.
My parents stayed another week and had a much better experience at The Sand Pebble down the street in treasure island.

Wonderful A great place to stay and relax. I rented 4 condos for the whole family 19 kids and grandkids in all. Everyone had a great time. They all would like to do it all over again

This place has a fantastic location right on the beach, directly across the street from John’s Pass. Condo is perfect size and layout. Office staff goes way above and beyond communicating everything you need to know for smooth check in. Highly recommend!

We love Maderia Beach. This was our first time staying in this room but we thought it suited our needs. Couple things the sliding door didn’t lock and I have two little kids. Also there should be a higher lock on the main door, again I Have kids and would like to know they can’t escape with the top dead bolt. Also the room above us was really noisy or the air conditioning needs some tuning. One property front desk could be more friendly. All in all we will be back.

We loved the condo and the location! The ladies that were in the office when we checked in on Saturday we’re great! However, during the week, when I went to the office to ask about towels, she was rude and unhelpful.

My daughter, granddaughters, neighbors came down for a all girl trip. What a fabulous location and a great view from 402. We enjoyed watching the bridge open and close. The unit was clean and comfortable with everything you would need. Great stay!

The condo itself was wonderful. A little dirty in areas but overall good. However, the people staying above us made the stay not very pleasant. They were moving furniture and continously stomping all hours of the day and night. We did call the front desk to complain and they said they would give them a call. It stopped for a few hours but started back up again. We ended up checking out a day early :(

Room was comfortable and clean. Area is very noisy. A lot of shoos and restaurants in walking distance. Beach is busy but enjoyable.

had a few problems with ice maker, but over all had no other problems. last year we stayed next door for the month of january, really diasatisfied with the unit. really injoyed are stay @ beach place.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay. We ate all breakfasts and lunches in the room and because John’s Pass Boardwalk was easy to access, we ate dinner there each night. The beach was relaxing, the pool was refreshing and clean. The room was large enough for my family of 6.

Our condo was clean and spacious. It was right on the beach, which was lovely as well. There was shopping and restaurants across the street, so we really didn't even have a need for the rental car we got. We'd definitely stay here again.
