Wheelchair accessible BATH, completely updated and spacious, this 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo with views of John's Pass Village is ready for your vacation to begin. This home away from home, has everything you need to start your get-away. Beach Place #402 has a bright and open kitchen, with plenty of granite counterspace, stainless steel appliances and dining table seating up to six people is fully stocked for all of your cooking needs. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The living room, painted in a tranquil blue, offers comfortable furniture, large flat screened television, and DVD. The outdoor balcony provides gulf and John's Pass Village views. Here is the perfect spot to enjoy your favorite beverage while winding down after the end of an eventful day.

The master bedroom is beautifully furnished with 1 queen and 1 double bed, television and access to the balcony. The spacious second guestroom also contains 1 queen and 1 double bed with a television as well. This is a perfect unit for couples or families and sleeps up to 8. One bathroom is remodeled and handicap accessible. Kitchen utensils, linens, extra pillows and sufficient towels are fully stocked upon arrival. Please note this is a non-smoking home. One assigned parking spot is allocated and there is no additional parking at Beach Place.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to onsite 7 day a week management and maintenance to assist with anything you might need.

Naturally, Beach Place condos are steps from the gorgeous gulf beaches and huge heated swimming pool that will be popular with the entire family. BBQ facilities are here as well.

Another sought after attraction? John's Pass Village is right across the street! The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was decently stocked in the kitchen, 3 beach chairs, laundry facility,etc.. It was an easy check in and check out  Location was our favorite part!

Went down for my daughter's 5th birthday. She loved the condo so much, especially the balcony, she said it was better than Disney!!  We would definitely recommend this location and would stay there again. So easy to walk to John's Pass from here.

Perfect location,beach ,heated pool. Condo was great for two couples. Very clean. Beds and the rest of the furniture very comfortable. Bring your beach towels etc.

We spent Christmas here and loved it. The Beach Place# 402 was perfect for our family of five. The kids loved the pool, being right on the beach and within walking distance of all the shops and good restaurants was a bonus. Plenty of space in the condo to relax. Kitchen was nice and spacious to be able to cook and prepare food.

This was a get away for my 2 sisters and myself and our mother. The features we appreciated the most were : 4 comfortable queen size beds and size of the living area; the location is great , within easy walking distance to John Pass and close to a lovely beach; the pool area was very nice. We all agreed we would stay there again

We enjoyed staying at Beach Place, right across the street from John's Pass and overlooking the bridge ! The decor of the condo is very "beachy" ! The pool is amazing and warm ..... the beach is awesome !! The staff is very friendly and welcoming.......We will definitely return !

Really enjoyed our stay at this condo. We were very impressed with the furnishings and decor. It had a real beach feel and was very homey. The apartment was very well equipped. There was nothing we were wanting. The condo staff and Rae and Stacey were so helpful. The most important part for us was that it was fully accessible for our adult son who enjoyed his vacation here so much he wants to come back for Christmas next year..to this same unit if possible! Thank you so much .

Recommended by the Harris family. We came on a girls trip and had an absolute ball!! We used the trolley bus to get around and we did lots of walking on the beach. Great time and we are going to try and come back with more of our family next time around!
