#402 Madeira Norte Condos [1]
Our stay
Reviewed on 2025-04-20 by Pamela R. , Lafayette, IN US3402 is very nice. Just a couple issues...not big. The Master ceiling fan is horribly loud and was not useable due to that. Lid on coffee maker is busted but we just laid it on top. Pool was nice but with only 8 allowed in it we were unable to use it because it was always full...mostly kids...kind of disappointing. Otherwise Madeira Norte is a good place...elevators are small but we made it up and down in one or the other when not working. Property description was correct...clean and well maintained. Nicely stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay in #402 again.
Perfect location
Reviewed on 2025-03-23 by , New Phila, OH United StatesThe condo was a great choice! Being across from John's Pass made everything so easy. I could walk to many restaurants and shops and could sit on the balcony and enjoy the music from the Bamboo bar. I hardly ever drove anywhere. I highly recommend !
Spacious condo
Reviewed on 2025-02-23 by , warsaw, in United StatesGreat location. Maderia Norte is a very secure building with needing a keyfob for elevator/stairwell. They are doing a great job of sprucing up the condo complex after the hurricanes! Condo 402 could use some updating especially in the bathrooms and carpets in the bedrooms. Living room furniture is great but kept losing internet connection with the tv. Overall would stay here again.
Great location

Bumpy ride to start. After three units we finally were able to stay in one.<br/>After that we had a great stay. Sea Food Festival the first weekend is the best. Right across from John’s Pass earns it five stars for location. 5Only three stars for cleanliness but Five stars for Sunhost staff.

Madeira Norte- Great Location
Reviewed on 2023-08-29 by , St. Paul, MO UnknownThere were only two in our party but with the two bedrooms both with a king bed would easily accommodate four people. The kitchen is a little small but the living room and dining area were spacious.
It would have been nice to have a few bottles of water in the fridge when new guests arrive especially when it is a late check in, as well as some coffee. There were no Kleenex only toilet paper. The A/C seemed to work well but you are asked not to turn it below 72 so it doesn’t freeze up. If you are warm blooded you may not be too happy. There was no hair dryer but the office brought one the next day. We were grateful that there were beach chairs just no beach towels.
With the beach being a very short trek and the nice pool area, I would rent this unit again and hopeful the price would be a little lower. Also the access code should be triple checked that it’s correct prior to the guest checking in, as our code was wrong. Very frustrating when you have hauled your luggage up a hot elevator and then standing there for more than 30 min trying other codes until the correct code was finally given.
All in all we had a great trip and enjoyed our stay immensely!

Boardwalk and ocean fun
Reviewed on 2023-05-08 by Patricia L. , Beaver Dam, WI United StatesWe had a good time. Restrooms down by pool would of been nice and the pool was smaller than pictures on site. Took a bit to figure out where to check in even after I reached the building. Otherwise it was nice.
Wonderful condo!
Reviewed on 2023-04-11 by Janna S. , Hudsonville, MI United StatesWould definitely stay again!! Thank you for a wonderful stay, our family really enjoyed your condo and our vacation!
Madeira Norte 402 was nearly perfect. It was updated and tastefully decorated. Any friends that visited our room commented on the cute beach/nautical decor and how updated #402 was. The king beds in each bedroom were very comfortable. Unit was very clean when we arrived. Plenty of towels, washcloths and kitchen items. They even provide books, that I discovered our last day! The balcony is huge and faces John's Pass. We usually go for oceanfront, but we were pleasantly surprised with the view and live music we could listen to. The one negative thing was that we only received 2 keys to the gates, stairs and elevators. With 2 teenagers, we are always in different places and that made it hard. Would have been nice to have a keypad, like The Beach Place. However, that has nothing to do with the specific condo, but the condo management. <br/>Would definitely stay again!! Great Stay!
Reviewed on 2022-12-04 by Amy M. , Pekin, IL United StatesThis is our 4th year staying at Maderia Norte and have always had a great experience and this time was no different! This unit was nicely updated and offered amazing views... we love to stay on the front side so we can listen to the music from the bamboo Beer Garden and don’t have the blazing evening sun from the beach side. Unit was very clean and loved having the exterior storm door. Only thing was this unit did not have some of the staple items that most usually have... coffee filters, coffee, salt, pepper, paper towels, beach towels. It is well stocked with dishes and cooking items and loved that there was a vacuum and broom supplied as I try and keep it clean and free of sand as much as possible. I have given this feedback everytime and that is I really wish that more rugs are provided and maybe some cleaning wipes. This one did have bath rugs, which was great! However it would be so nice to have something at the front door and slider and down the entry hall to wipe feet and set shoes on to help keep from tracking sand in. Everything was very clean and the amenities of the complex are great and will stay again for sure!

Great Rental!
Reviewed on 2022-06-27 by Jennifer M. , SPRINGFIELD, OH United StatesWe had a great trip, minus a few incidents with the Property Management Company prior to arrival. The room and accommodations were perfect. We had family stay here as well in a different unit, and wile the building and property were great, beware not all units are alike. #402 was lovely and we would consider renting again!
Not what we were expecting
Reviewed on 2022-06-05 by Hanna P. , Wesley Chapel, FL United StatesOverall our family had a good experience because we made the best of it but there were quite a few circumstances that put a damper on our trip. We were only given one set of keys (elevator and beach) which made it incredibly difficult for a family of four with young children to do anything. Anytime my husband went up I would have to go up or else I would be stuck down at the beach for a while because I couldn’t get up to the room without an additional key. The elevator closest to our room was broken and my toddler son and I got stuck on the ground level for probably 7 minutes. My husband questioned one of the maintenance men and he Kind of shrugged it off. Unfortunately we will not be staying here in the future.
Comfortable 2 bedroom unit
Reviewed on 2022-05-16 by , Torbay , NL CanadaOverall the unit was comfortable. Location was fantastic across the street from John's Pass. The beach was perfect. While the building was having some exterior renovations done the pool was closed ( which I knew when we booked). The unit itself is perfect for a family. The 1 1/2 bathroom setup is not ideal for two couples in my opinion ( lacks privacy). The deck facing the Gulf Blvd is enjoyable to set out in the evenings and listen to the entertainment from John's Pass and view numerous exotic cars etc.
