This 2 bedroom, 1 1/2 bathroom condo is decorated in a nautical theme throughout with updated kitchen & furnishings. Just a short walk to some of the most beautiful Florida beaches, heated swimming pool and John's Pass Village. Complex and heated pool are directly on the Beach. Free Wifi. Please note that lost fobs will incur a replacement fee of $250, or the withholding of the equal security deposit, depending on the method of booking.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The full kitchen contains microwave, coffeemaker and stocked with all utensils ready for your cooking needs! The living room has new furnishings, a large flat screen Smart television, and leads to the outdoor balcony where you can soak in terrific Florida sun!

The master bedroom, with comfortable king sized bed, and TV leads to a spotless bathroom. The second guest room also has a king sized bed and a Smart TV (no cable). Linens for all beds, extra pillows and sufficient towels for your stay are always provided at SunHost Resorts. Washer and dryer and free internet are included. This unit has no telephone.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including copy and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.

There is one assigned parking spot for this condo.

The added bonus is this unit is just steps to all amenities! You can be at the beach, heated swimming pool, BBQ facilities and John's Pass Village in less than five minutes! At the Pass you and your family and friends can enjoy shopping, restaurants, and entertainment along a 1,100 pirate themed boardwalk. A quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's number 1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Although the weather wasn't the best for the duration of my stay, the rental was worth the trip!!!
Unit 402 had a great view of the Bamboo Bar and John's Pass, so you could sit comfortably on the balcony and listen to the live music from the bar across the street. The only real issue I had with the unit was a very noisy ceiling fan in the master bedroom, which I informed them of and was assured would be repaired by maintenance.
The unit was quiet and comfortable with a good selection of cookware and dining ware. The beach is at your doorstep and when the weather allowed, was not crowded and was the idyllic Florida Gulf experience.
Madeira Norte is located close to shops, restaurants, and grocery stores so you can get anything you need easily without leaving the beach area.
The pool was undergoing maintenance and was not available, but I was reimbursed for the inconvenince so that was fair. One thing I would have liked was to have some swiffer refills available for the swiffer mop in the unit to clean the floor. Not a deal breaker, but could be improved.
The stackable washer and dryer were excellent and worked perfectly.
Luggage carts and a shopping cart are available for you to move in and out, and there is a bike rack so you can keep some clean transportation at the ready.
Butterball, the guard cat/hospitality coordinator, is on duty 24/7 with nuzzles and purrs in exchange for belly rubs, and I am not a cat person.
Overall, this was a great spot and I really enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.
