However, I was disappointed to find out there was no washer and dryer - I booked it and totally must have misread it. And the elevator was not working at some point everyday which was a huge inconvenience since we were on the top floor! Overall, our unit was nice

Elevator Huge Safety Risk/Check in Process Not Smooth

Check in process took 4 visits... they were nice... just confused. Elevator was a concern of other guests too. Many people would not use the elevator feeling unsafe. Floor was filthy. We had a 2 year old that was on the floor a lot while inside and she had black filthy legs and feet.

20th Anniversary

It was a bit warm in the unit and a note not to put AC below 72, but being an end unit it took on the direct sunlight and did heat the unit up considerably. We also found a cracker half eaten under one of the living room chairs which is not a food we had with us? There were a few fans that did help. The elevator was slow and hot and was not maintained for cleaniness on a daily basis.

We appreciated the abundance of hooks for hanging towels, swimsuits, etc. The pool was well-maintained and made for a pleasant change of pace from the ocean which was right outside the back door. We would highly recommend and would stay again!

The location is why we stay here since it is right on the beach and easy walking to John’s Pass boardwalk. We had 2 complaints this stay both out of the control of Beach Place condos. One was the public parking next door was a gathering place for 16-20 year olds with their loud vehicles with loud stereos...and I like to have a good time but wow! Second was the beach and water conditions due to high levels of Red Tide causing dead fish to was on shore. There was tremendous effort to clean the beaches each night but still felt gross. Again, nothing they could do about it. Overall this condo is a good value at a great location. <br/>

- back bedroom outlets had similar issues with power
- cable box tv remotes missing
- white sheets on queen bed had stains on them, but they did appear to be clean

THE VEIW WAS NICE BUT IT IS ONLY PARTIAL GULF VIEW. MY GRAND DAUGHTER DID ENJOY WATCHING THE DRAW BRIDGE GO UP AND DOWN, SO THAT WAS A PLUS. THE BACK (MASTER) BEDROOM WAS DARK AND MOSTLY QUITE, WITH THE RARE EXCEPTION OF ELEVTOR AND GARBAGE SHOOT NOISE. THE TV SITUATION IS A BIT TRICKY, BUT WE WERE ABLE TO FIGURE IT OUT. THE FRONT BEDROOM HAD SOME TRAFFIC NOISE. WE HAD FRIENDS STAYING IN 310 THIER VEIW WAS AMAZING BUT THE ROOM WAS VERY DATED AND HAD A FUNKY ODOR. OVERALL WE WOULD STAY AGAIN IN THE SAME ROOM IF AN UPDATED BEACH FRONT WAS NOT AVAILABLE. EVERYONE IN THE OFFICE WAS VERY NICE. WE HAD A DISHWAHER ISSUE, WHICH WAS MINOR BUT THEY WOULD HAVE TAKEN CARE OF IT HAD I MENTIONED IT SOONER.

But we have local family that were able to bring some for us. Otherwise, everything was great! I highly recommend staying here if you have a large group.

We watched dolphins from our balcony, played on the beach, enjoyed the heated pool and the many places to eat right across the street! We took our kids parasailing, played at an arcade, shopped, rode the ferry to Egmont Key and enjoyed a croc adventure where we held a baby croc and a boa constrictor! A great place to relax and unwind from daily stress! Kid Friendly!
