Madeira Norte #214 is a stunning unit! This completely updated 2 bedroom and 1.5 bathroom vacation retreat has been meticulously cared for, and provides incredible views in a sought after location near all amenities. Free Wifi.

Guests will thoroughly enjoy the modern kitchen, complete with new countertops and matching backsplash, appliances and fully stocked with all utensils needed for your stay. The living room, in soft neutral colors, provides plenty of seating space and large flat screened television. Step out to the large balcony and take in the tranquil ocean views. This is a great place to relax and enjoy the one of a kind Florida sunsets. The master bedroom, with access to the balcony, has one queen bed, television and plenty of closet and dresser drawer space. The guest bedroom has two twin beds and flat screened television, making this perfect for families with children. Linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your visit, as well as a washer and dryer.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.

There is one assigned parking spot for this condo. Only one car can park at Madeira Norte. Additional parking spots are not provided to Madeira Norte Guests.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.

In a matter of minutes guests can walk to the heated swimming pool, BBQ facilities, and of course, the amazing beaches. John's Pass Village, a local landmark is just across the street. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. It's 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

The view is spectacular, the condo perfect. We love this condo because the owners take such pride in it. It’s perfect for our long stay….has everything we need yet space for our things also. The kitchen pantry is a blessing for a five week stay.

We don’t usually do guest books, but after 24 stays at Madeira Beach since 1988, at 6 different condos for 5+ weeks at a time, your place suits us in every way. We love your condo because, it is clean, furnished beautifully, and well-kept. It is a pleasure to come home to. We rebooked for next year after our 2nd day here and look forward to coming back.

Great condo for the price! The location and views will be hard to beat. Steps to the beach, pool, and Johns Pass. You will not need to drive anywhere. Madeira Norte is family friendly, we met some great people. The condo has everything you need for an extended stay. All you need is your own beach towel, cooler, and umbrella.  We would definitely stay again!

The condo was nicely decorated and had great views of the gulf and sunsets! We’ve stayed in many condos in this building over the years and felt this was a great price for the amenities that were offered. The decorations really added to the overall beach feel of the place. Enjoyed my 5th consecutive year at #214. This spot which I found quite by accident has become a second home for me and friends from near and far.
I so appreciate the updates which bring the place to a much more Florida vibe and honestly,  with these sunsets,  the place needs nothing much more
