Spacious Condo Right On The Beach

Reviewed on Monday, July 20, 2015

Can't get any closer to the beach than this. Very clean, spacious and well stocked kitchen with everything you need and more. Bar stools and a table for 6. Nice size bathrooms and bedrooms. Spacious condo will easily sleep 5 with 2 bedrooms(king, queen and twin beds) and sleeper couch in the living room. Beach and pool are very nice and there are small restaurants across the street. Convenient location. The screened in balcony is nice and it opens at one section and has 2 sliding doors to the living area and master bedroom. 3 TV's. Condo offers lots of privacy with bedrooms and would be great for not just families, but 2 couples. John's Pass is a great place to go just down the road a mile or so for shopping and eating. The Candy Kitchen is a good place for ice cream and Fort Desoto is just south of Treasure Island and St. Pete Beach. Clearwater and Tampa Aquariums are nearby. Convenient to shopping, restaurants and many activities. You truly can hear the ocean from your room when you wake up in the morning. There are lawn chairs and beach umbrellas and more beach toys in a closet. A nice laundry room and cleaning supplies and a sweeper are available. Felt very safe in this area. Check in is very easy down the road about a half mile. What a nice spacious, clean condo. I recommend it for people who prefer a quieter area of the beach too.

2nd Visit Just As Good AS The Last

This was our second stay at Arie Dam 102. Just as previously experienced, the condo was very clean and comfortable. On our previous vacation we did not use the kitchen much. We opted to cook a little with this vacation and I must say the kitchen is very well stocked. There is a very nice Publix grocery store close by. The staff at Sunhost is very nice and welcomed us back. The check in/check out process is a snap. Dockside Dave’s restaurant across the street is one of our favorite restaurants. Although we vacationed the week that included Memorial Day weekend the beach and pool were not crowded at all. Appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and sand toys in the closet. You just can't get any closer to the beach which is also clean and well maintained. Sunsets are amazing. We have enjoyed our time at Arie Dam and have already booked a week in the fall at this same condo.

Just What We Needed

Condo was great. It had everything that we needed. It was just like the pictures showed (it even had a new couch and love seat). It was close to Johns Pass which had lots of shops and the food was great at the Friendly Fisherman. Even though the weather did not cooperate, we found things to do and spent a lot of time hanging out at the condo. This was our first trip to this area and we will definitely return. Drove over to Tampa to the Hard Rock Casino. If you are a gambler, you need to go there. It is huge. Plenty of good restaurants in area. I can't think of anything that I could complain about. The ladies at Surf Song, which is where we checked in at, were very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. You won't go wrong if you rent this place.

Relaxing

Loved the stay, very clean, great ammenadies. Didn't like that the beach was not in view of the pool. Trees seperated the view. Needs to be opened. Overall awesome. Will go back.
