Description

This ideally located 3 bedroom, 2 bath, corner unit condo has been completely renovated and updated. Just across the street from popular John's Pass Village, and overlooking the swimming pool, all with ocean views, visitors will appreciate everything this outstanding property offers. Free Wifi. This condo has 2 assigned parking spots. There is no additional parking at Beach Place.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Beach Place #106's open floor plan includes new tile flooring throughout, a beautifully remodeled kitchen with granite countertops, new appliances and cabinetry, and all utensils making cooking a breeze! A full laundry with new washer and dryer, and updated bathrooms make this a highly sought after vacation home.

Comfortably sleeping up to 8, the large master bedroom offers a king sized bed with access to the private balcony. With plenty of closet space, and wonderful views, this is a perfect retreat after a busy day outside. The second guest room has 2 double beds, while the third offers one queen sized bed. All rooms are nicely decorated, comfortable and spacious. Linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests. This unit includes four televisions, as well as free WiFi and long distance from Canada and the U.S. | | A nice plus: two parking spots are allowed for this unit. This unit is Saturday to Saturday, 7 night minimum Winter and Summer Seasons.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home. Grab your beach towels and umbrella as the beautiful southern Madeira Beach and heated swimming pool is right outside your front door. Enjoy the BBQ facilities which are located here as well. Of course, John's Pass Village is right across the street. The John's Pass Village is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world. | | Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Hurricane Idalia forced us to cancel our trip but Tim and Sunhost were communicative and helpful. They didn’t have to but refunded. We will use them again just for that. Good people exist

Our unit was top notch. It was very clean and nicely equipped with everything we needed for the week. The pool area was spotless and well cared for. We cooked out and the grills were cleaned everyday. Our favorite part was the million dollar view of the gulf and beach.

We have been coming here 8 years with family and friends. We stayed in #106 years ago and finally got in here again this year! It is our favorite as we enjoy all the windows! The location and closeness to pool, beach and John's Pass couldn't be better. We are all looking forward to 2021. Beautifully decorated and very easy to call home for 10 days!

By far, the best place we have ever rented. This unit specifically was so convenient to get to and we had an incredible view of the ocean and pool. Sunhost Resorts is amazing and very accommodating! We have been traveling to this area for many many years and this was the most spacious and convenient place we have ever stayed. Sunhost Resorts was awesome and even allowed us a late check out. The information about PackLess PlayMore was the best hidden gem in Florida and made our stay seamless. I would wholeheartedly stay here again, especially this specific unit.

This was our second year staying at Beach Place with our entire family and we had a WONDERFUL time!! The balcony was greatly enjoyed by the 2 year old and the 72 year old, and the 7 year old adored the pool. My sister-in-law and I loved walked on the beach daily and my brother was a fan of walking under to bridge to get over to the boardwalk shops. We also discovered that the VFW across the street serves delicious dinners for very cheap! (It's open to the public, not just members.) We can't wait to come back next year!

Beach Place Condos are awesome!! Our unit was clean and beautiful! The beach out front is gorgeous and the sunsets from the balcony are breath-taking! The convenience to John's Pass is an added bonus and offers lots of extras! We had the best vacation here and we will definitely be back!
