Oktoberfest

The German American Society Oktoberfest brings the area’s most authentic Oktoberfest will take place in Pinellas Park on three weekends throughout September and October. Enjoy typical German food, beverages, dances, and games from 5 to 10 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, Sept. 30, Oct. 1, 7, 8, 14 and 15. Made from scratch German foods are available, such as wiener schnitzel, bratwurst, potato pancakes, sauerkraut, and more. The Apfelstrudel (apple strudel) is one of the staples that is appreciated by regular and first-time visitors alike. In addition to all the traditional German foods, Oktoberfest would not be the same without imported Bavarian beers. A variety of Bavarian beers will be served for everyone to enjoy.
