Stunning features throughout this 1,225 residence includes a spacious kitchen with granite countertops, modern lighting, and every amenity for a comfortable visit. The large living area offers plenty of seating as well as a flat screen television. The outdoor deck allows a partial view of the beaches and swimming pool and is the perfect location to relax with a good book or winding down after a day at the beach. Free Wifi Crimson is a Smoke Free property including all private balconies and common areas.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The light and airy master bedroom has a king sized bed, flat screen television and access to the outdoor balcony. The second guestroom offers a queen sized bed as well as one twin. Like all SunHost Properties, the bathrooms are spotless, and updated for an enjoyable stay. Linens for all beds, extra pillows and sufficient towels are provided as well. Just pack your bathing suit! Washer and dryer are also included in this amazing property.

Amenities also include daily access to the main office for any business needs that arise, such as faxing, copying and printing boarding passes. Maintenance is also available seven days a week along with an after-hours emergency call attendant. This is a non smoking home.

But it's not just the amenities that keep guests returning, it's the stunning location as well. Walk out the front door and within minutes your toes are in the beautiful clear waters of Madeira Beach. If you prefer relaxing by the pool, or soaking in the hot tub, it is all right here as well. In fact, with everything centrally located, chances are, you will never want to leave during your entire visit.

One of the most popular attractions is directly across the street! John's Pass Village is a must see for tourists who enjoy a great family environment, one of a kind shopping and terrific restaurants.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.
