Description

Surf Song #114 - A quaint, adorable ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit, just steps away from the relaxing, heated swimming pool and patio area. With tropical decorations throughout, this non smoking residence has been updated for added comfort to our guests. Free Wifi. There is no phone in this unit.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The open floor plan includes a well laid out living area with large flat screened TV, and kitchen table for four guests. The bright and airy kitchen includes granite countertops, newer appliances and fully stocked with utensils making your stay easy. Sleeping arrangements include a king sized bed in the master bedroom and two singles in the guest bedroom. The TVs in the living room and the master bedroom have cable. The guest room TV is a Smart TV. There is no cable box for that TV.

Parking space is conveniently located right by the unit. Linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. Surf Song 114 is located just across the street from the famous John's Pass Village & Boardwalk.

The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden. You can access the Pass via the beach by traversing under John's Pass Bridge or any of a number of safety crosswalks.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

This was our 3rd year returning to Surf Song.  As in previous years, our time here never disappoints. The condo is cute and has all the basic necessities. Conveniently located to shopping, good food and fun activities... all within walking distance. Our afternoons were spent enjoying the beach and swimming in the gulf.  We enjoyed numerous shuffleboard tournaments amongst ourselves and learned to play rings.

We absolutely loved our stay in #114. It was nice having our family all in one spot.  We will definitely be back next year!  The condo is decorated so cute and all of the furniture / beds are very comfortable.

As first time guests, we have to say we really enjoyed our relaxing stay in unit #114.  The accomodations were very clean & comfortable.   Everything we needed by way of utensils, appliances and comfortable furniture were very commendable.  The resort was very well maintained and we enjoyed the beach and beautiful sunsets.  We would totally recommend this resort and unit. Very close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

This was our first time at Surf Song and it was for our honeymoon! I would say this was our best vacation ever!! No complaints, only good times here. It was quiet, clean and very well located. We will be back 100%.

We were very glad to be back at Surf Song #114. For more than 20 years this has been our "winter vacation home".  We really appreciate the convvenience #114 offers, the decor of the unit and the well furnished kitchen. This was our first stay at Surf Song. We come to Madeira Beach every year and this has been our favorite place. Very beautiful, comfortable condo, and great convenience to the pool, beach and shopping. The staff kep the pool and facilities very clean and were all friendly and helpful.

We had a fabulous week!  Great sun and sand with some refreshing beverages. It was some much needed R & R. Everything was clean and comfortable. We love this area!  We can just hop across the street for some shopping and listen to some great music.
