Surf Song #118 - Enjoy this wonderful 2 bedroom, 2 bath poolside condo in sought after Madeira Beach. Nicely furnished and decorated, this ground floor property is literally just steps to the refreshing, heated swimming pool, BBQ facility and lounging area. Of course, the popular beaches are just a short walk away, as is John's Pass Village. Free Wifi. Please note there is no phone in this condo. You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The spacious open floor plan includes a welcoming living area with flat screened TV. The updated kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and comes fully stocked with utensils for all of your cooking needs. Off the living room is the master bedroom complete with queen sized bed and an attached, spotless, bathroom with walk in shower. The guestroom has twin beds with a sofa bed in the living room for extra guests. Linens for all beds, extra pillows & sufficient towels for provided for your stay.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person.

Another added attraction? You are located across the street from John's Pass Village. The Pass is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's #1 tourist attraction. The Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

We had an amazing stay here! I have been visiting Madeira Beach with my family for over 25 years and we stay at the same couple of places every year. My husband and I decided to try something new this year and are so glad we did! What a convenient location. We loved being able to walk right across to John's Pass Village. We also loved being right by the pool. Everyone had a wonderful time.

We had a wonderful vacation! What a lovely condo. This was our first beach vacation with our kids, age 3 and 5.  It was magical. They loved the beach and pool, and they loved their room. This is our third trip to Surf Song. We can't wait to come back.
