Please note that due to the 2024 hurricane season, there is construction at Madeira Beach Yacht Club as the ground floor units are repaired. Unit 159F is ready for guests but please remember that there will be construction on the property, per the Yacht Club's Board of Directors. The pool is open but other amenities such as the clubhouse and the hot tub are not available.

This bright, beach-themed second-floor suite features a queen bed, sleeper sofa, full kitchen, in-unit washer/dryer, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a private outdoor seating area. Comfortably sleeps up to 4 guests. Enjoy the waterfront community pool, multiple fishing docks, and easy access to Gulf beaches, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and local attractions. Just 2 miles from John's Pass Village, offering shopping, dining, boat rentals, dolphin tours, parasailing, and more.

* Guests are required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts before a reservation can be confirmed.
* The condo association requires a guest application and approval prior to arrival. Applications must be completed and returned within 4 days of booking to avoid cancellation. The required $100 application fee is included in the booking cost.

The property is within easy walking distance of Madeira Beach, local restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and pharmacies.

**Please note:** Due to ongoing repairs from the 2024 hurricane season, construction activity is present throughout portions of the property. Unit 159F is fully operational and guest-ready. The community pool remains open; however, the clubhouse and hot tub are currently unavailable.

We had a very pleasant stay here. The condo was small but clean and very conveniently located. It was only a few minute walk to Madeira Beach. Parking was never an issue. There is a Dollar Tree right across the street which is super convenient.
