Relax on the beach front balcony with access from the living area as well as the master suite. Open the windows and let the gentle sound of the Gulf of Mexico soothe your soul. Updated granite kitchen with newer appliances should you want to prepare your meals, or you can walk to many local restaurants. Free Wifi. Beach Place #208 has one parking spot. There is no additional parking at Beach Place, however additional parking is available at the adjacent city lot.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The master bedroom is nicely decorated and furnished with two queen sized beds. The second guest room also offers 2 queen sized beds, plenty of closet space and an attached bathroom. The third bedroom has one queen bed, making this condo a perfect spot for extended families. Washer and dryer, flat screen televisions, high speed internet and one parking spot are also included. Linens, extra towels and pillows are provided for the comfort of our guests.

As a SunHost guest, you will have access to office services, including fax, copy, and printing boarding passes. Seven day a week maintenance service is available as well as an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking home.
