Beach Place #301 is a recently remodeled charming 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo with views of John's Pass waterway, Bridge & Village, is conveniently located steps from the beautiful beaches, heated swimming pool and all the amenities Beach Place offers - perfect for up to six people! Free Wifi Please note this condo has ONE parking spot. There is no additional parking available at Beach Place for other vehicles.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

Guests will notice the open floor plan upon entering. The bright and well equipped full kitchen is fully stocked with utensils for any of your cooking needs while opening up to the spacious living area. Bar seating as well as large kitchen table, provides plenty of room for meals or playing games. The outside balcony showcases a great view of John's Pass Village, located directly across the street and less than a five minute walk.

The master bedroom offers lots of space, comfortable king sized bed, television and attached master bath. The roomy, second guestroom, with its soothing decor, has two queen beds, making this a great home for families or groups. As with every SunHost property, linens, extra towels and pillows are all stocked, and ready for you upon arrival. This is a non smoking property. WIFI is provided as well as one parking space for this home. When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (fax, copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and a 24 hour emergency on call person. This is a non smoking unit.

One big attraction to this popular unit is its premier location to not only the world class beaches, heated swimming pool and BBQ facilities, but also John's Pass Village, a sought after destination for tourists and year round residents alike. The Village is a quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden. Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This beautiful Gulf getaway, has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

The family had a great time at The Beach Place. We are locals and already value our time spent on the Gulf beaches and John's Pass in particular. The staff and accommodations are great. The 2BR are nicely decorated, clean and comfortable, and have all the conveniences provided. For any VFW members, there is a Post across the street. We highly recommend the Beach Place to locals and visitors.

3rd Floor - 2 bedroom Beautiful condo (clean & well maintained), overlooking St John’s Pass, with a direct view of the impressive drawbridge and a lively atmosphere! We enjoyed both the pool and beach only steps away - very convenient!! Would stay here again - spacious and relaxing!
