And views? This unit offers unparalleled gulf views. Step inside and you will immediately notice the bright and cheery floor plan. The gourmet kitchen has new granite counters, cabinets and appliances. It is fully stocked with all utensils for your cooking needs. The living area contains a dining table that can comfortably seat up to six, nice furniture, and a Samsung smart TV. Step out to the balcony to see what Florida is known for: white sandy beaches and clear gulf waters. Chances are, you will spend every moment here enjoying the sites.

You will be required to sign a rental agreement with SunHost Resorts prior to a reservation being confirmed.

The master bedroom has king sized bed, television, attached master bath and plenty of room to store your belongings. Of course, with access to the outdoor balcony, here you can wake up to the sounds of the ocean. The adorable second bedroom has two twin beds, making this a perfect unit for a family of four. Linens, extra towels and pillows are stocked for your visit. Free high speed Internet and washer and dryer are included with this unit. Please note there is no phone in this condo.

Please note the Rules and Regulations for Madeira Norte Condominiums prohibit motorcycles on the property. The Board of Directors has authorized the removal of motorcycles via a local towing company.

There is one assigned parking spot for this condo. Only one car can park at Madeira Norte. Additional parking spots are not provided to Madeira Norte Guests.

When staying in a SunHost unit you will also have access to 7 day a week office staff, office services (fax, copy, print boarding passes etc.) We also have maintenance available 7 days a week if you experience any issues at the property and an after hours emergency on call person. This is a non smoking unit. No sleeper sofa is available with this property.

The location of this vacation property is unsurpassed Steps away from the beaches, guests can also enjoy the heated swimming pool, and BBQ facilities. John's Pass Village, a popular destination for year round residents and tourists alike, is just across the street. A quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village and Pinellas County's number 1 tourist attraction, the Village has over one hundred unique shops, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, dolphin watching and shelling tours, boat rentals, parasailing and jet skiing. Best of all as a SunHost customer you can walk to this great entertainment destination. Anchor tenants include Bubba Gumps, Hooters and Hubbards Marina and also world famous Bamboo Beer Garden.

Madeira Beach is a sought after community, just west of St. Petersburg. Its 2.5 mile beach is popular with sun lovers and offers some of the best fishing in the area. This Gulf getaway has something for everyone, including dolphin watching, water sports along some of the most beautiful crystal clear waters in the world.

Nearest airports are Tampa International Airport at just over 20 miles and St. Petersburg Clearwater International at 10 miles away.

Absolutely wonderful vacation! December is a perfect month for weather and an enjoyable getaway. Unit 311 has been my favorite unit since I started coming here. Highly recommend!

Our stay was fantastic! We could sit on the balcony, listen to the waves and watch the sunset. The beach was quiet. We were able to have a second parking pass for our daughter. Being able to hear the ocean and having an extra parking pass were important to us. This condo is across the street from John’s Pass with stores, restaurants, and outdoor music. The pictures show this comfortable condo accurately. We look forward to returning in the future.

Fantastic location. Car needed only for trip to grocery store. View of John's Pass fantastic. Very short walking distance to restaurants and shops. Boats, jet skis and charters all at the Pass Boardwalk.

Our family had a great time at this condo. Everything was just as we expected. Our boys ended up with a tv in their bedroom, which for them was epic! The location to John's pass is ideal. Simply use the crosswalk and explore. Beachfront access was fantastic as well.

very nice condo, clean and well furnished except second bedroom does not have a tv. There was a cable outlet and a table that looked like it could have held a tv. would not have rented if we had known that.
